Jedoch die ältere Österreichische Dame sollte sich von den jungen Herren mal Schulen lassen was Freundlichkeit im Kundenumgang angeht. Fürchterlich geht gar nicht The young foreign pharmacists are very nice and friendly. However, the older Austrian lady should let the young men go to schools for friendliness in dealing with customers. It's not terrible
D	Daniel Wald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der junge Mann ist sehr freundlich und berät stets sehr kompetent, genau so wie die junge, blonde Dame. Die ältere Dame aber ist furchtbar unhöflich, inkompetent und vorlaut. Sie redet einen nieder mit allem möglichen unrelevanten Zeug - lässt für ihre Monologe auch gerne Kunden warten, kennt sich aber scheinbar nicht mit dem Sortiment aus - obwohl sie schon lange genug Teil des Teams dort ist. Als ich einmal mein Buch (mit dem Deckel nach unten) auf dem Tresen ablegte, griff sie es und las den Titel laut vor & schlug es auf. Eine andere Kundin hat sie kürzlich forsch geschimpft, wenn sie diese Salbe braucht, was hat sie dann falsch gemacht? "Na, was soll man nicht tun???" Die Kundin:"sich ins Gesicht fassen!" "Na dann lassen Sie es bleiben, dann brauchen Sie keine Herpes Salbe!" Unmöglich sowas. Einige Bekannte gehen regelmäßig in diese Apotheke und hoffen alle samt, nicht von der Frau Magister "bedient" zu werden. The young man is very friendly and always gives very competent advice, just like the young, blonde lady. But the older lady is terribly rude, incompetent and cheeky. She talks you down with all sorts of irrelevant stuff - she likes to keep customers waiting for her monologues, but apparently doesn't know the range - although she's been part of the team there long enough. Once when I put my book (cover down) on the counter, she grabbed it and read the title out loud & opened it. Another customer recently scolded her when she needed this ointment, what did she do wrong? "Well, what shouldn't you do ???" The customer: "touch your face!" "Well then, leave it alone, then you don't need herpes ointment!" Impossible like that. Some friends go to this pharmacy regularly and all hope that they will not be "served" by Frau Magister.
D	Doris Tikovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser apotheke ist kundenfreundlichkeit ein fremdwort. Man hat das gefühl zu stören bzw. Ein "ist nicht lagernd" ohne ersatzangebot. Muss ich nicht haben, es gibt gsd eine sehr kundenorientierte apotheke in der nähe Customer friendliness is a foreign word in this pharmacy. One has the feeling of being disturbed or a "is not in stock" without a replacement offer. I don't have to have one, there is a very customer-oriented gsd pharmacy nearby
C	Carthagocamp AT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste einen PCR-Test machen, zahlte die 29.-€, ging mit der Rechnung zur Testbox, der Herr Dort hat mich alles zweimal gefragt und sogar von meiner E-Card den Namen und alles abgeschrieben und alls ich dann spät abends endlich mein Testergebnis bekommen habe, konnte ich dies nicht öffnen, da der ,,nette" Herr mein Geburtsdatum falsch abgeschrieben und eingetragen hat. Die angerufen Hotline sowie die Apothekerin konnten mir telefonisch nicht weiterhelfen und ich hätte den Test in der Früh gebraucht, nun müsste ich meinen Termin heute verschieben und Morgen gilt dann der Test wahrscheinlich nicht mehr, eine bodenlose Frechheit ist das. Had to do a PCR test, paid the €29, went to the test box with the bill, the gentleman there asked me everything twice and even wrote down the name and everything from my e-card, and late in the evening I finally got my test result received, I could not open it because the "nice" gentleman wrote down and entered my date of birth incorrectly. The hotline called and the pharmacist could not help me over the phone and I would have needed the test in the morning, now I have to make my appointment postpone it today and tomorrow the test will probably no longer be valid, that's a bottomless cheek.
