Das Krisenmanagement (durch den Servicepartner) ist mehr als nur unangebracht. My repair of a Thinkstation P300 has already taken a month. That's too long for a premium product. The crisis management (by the service partner) is more than just inappropriate.

Klare Garantiefälle bei Thinkpads um € 2.000,0 werden ganz einfach als "selber Schuld" abgehandelt, obwohl Zeugen für den Fall vorhanden sind. Es wird gar nicht geprüft, ob man Recht hat. Unfreundliche und unkompetente Mitarbeiter an der diversen "Haupttelefonen" - man landet auch bei der Wiener Nummer immer in Deutschland und wird angeschnautzt. Ich hatte noch nie ein Problem mit einem Lenovo Gerät. Wenn ja, dann hat man allerdings ein zusätzliches Problem. Man erspart es sich, wenn man einen anderen Hersteller wählt. Any support - you always land in Germany or England - mocks any description. Clear warranty claims on Thinkpads for € 2,000.0 are simply handled as "your own fault," even though witnesses are available in case. It is not checked if you are right. Unfriendly and incompetent employees at the various "main phones" - you land at the Vienna number always in Germany and is verschnutzt. I have never had a problem with a Lenovo device. If so, then you have an additional problem. You save it, if you choose another manufacturer.
P	Patrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jegliche Garantieansprüche werden zurückgewiesen und wenn man Gewährleistung geltend macht (da der Fehler innerhalb der ersten 6 Monate aufgetreten ist), schreibt der Support auch nach mehreren Anfragen nicht zurück. Any guarantee claims will be rejected and if you assert a guarantee (since the error occurred within the first 6 months), the support does not write back even after several inquiries.

No explanation from most unhelpful email request. no replys to tec spport chat windows or emails , no assist from their website . Highly advise you not to buy their non functioning pc's .. ich lebe hier in wien . vorsicht lenovo !
