Schwierigste Kündigung ever, unterschiedliche Aussagen, keine Informationen, teilweise unfreundliches Personal. Seit meiner ersten telefonischen Bekanntgabe, dass ich kündigen möchte im Oktober 2018 sank der Wert meiner spekulativen Lebensversicherung um ca. 1500,- Euro. Ich kündigte über online-kuendigen. Erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erfuhr man, dass die Originalpolizze benötigt wird (dann gilt erst die Kündigung). Beim persönlichen Gespräch wurde eine aktueller Vertragsbewertung genannt, worauf dann wieder von anderer Seite die Information kam, dass es die Werteinformation immer nur 1 Woche verspätet gebe. Das klingt für mich unseriös. Irgendwann gab es die Information, dass auch eine Verlusterklärung reicht. Als ich diese geschickt habe, wurde nicht reagiert. Telefonisch habe ich erfahren, dass diese nicht eingetragen wurde. Das E-Mail wurde jedoch bestätigt. Ich habe um eine tagtäglich Werteinformation gebeten und wollte auch die Aktienunternehmen, die so eine schlechte Performance lieferten. Auch nicht bekommen. Übrigens: Ich bekomme nicht einmal den Betrag, den ich fast 20 Jahre lang eingezahlt habe. Profis können meiner Meinung nach auch bei einer schlechten Konjunktur Gewinn lukrieren. Dafür hat man 3 Versuche bevor der Zugang gesperrt wird. Nervt total. Online portal is underground. The PW is not accepted every time you log in. Even the new is then not accepted. Dürftige Bekanntgabe der Detailkosten (die Abzüge und Kosten sind meiner Meinung nach stark überzogen). Rate dazu, bei Probleme oder Unsicherheiten Konsumentenschutz oder Rechtsanwalt einzuschalten. In unserem Fall hat ein !kurzer! Schriftverkehr ausgereicht, um die FWU zu einem Angebot von ein paar Tausend Euro zu bewegen. Machen Sie nichts und akzeptieren Sie die Abrechnung ungefragt, schenken sie möglicherweise viel Geld her!
