War ja vorher klar was bestickt werden sollte. Rückversand meiner Jacke erst nachdem ich die "Bearbeitungskosten" überweisen habe und dann auch erst nach einer Woche nachdem ich nachgefragt hatte.... NIE WIEDER Wanted to have my leather jacket embroidered. After a phone call with employees, it turned out that the size of the machine was not possible. It was clear beforehand what should be embroidered. Return of my jacket only after I have transferred the "processing costs" and then only after a week after I had asked ... NEVER AGAIN

Aus edlem Leder gefertigt, wunderschön verarbeitet und ein absolutes Einzelstück. Meine Blutmarie-Tasche stammt aus der Werkstatt der Ledermanufaktur Posenanski, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Nicht nur, weil dort mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl und Herzblut einzigartige Lederstücke gezaubert werden. Sondern auch, weil hier Beratung und Kundenservice GROSS geschrieben wird. Ein Handwerksbetrieb, der seinesgleichen sucht und wo alles aus einer Hand kommt. 5 Sterne-Empfehlung! A few years ago my dear husband gave me a very special gift - a leather bag specially made for me, in which my laptop and books have comfortable space. Made of fine leather, beautifully processed and an absolutely unique piece. My Blutmarie bag comes from the workshop of the leather manufacturer Posenanski, which I can warmly recommend. Not only because unique pieces of leather are conjured up there with great sensitivity and passion. But also because advice and customer service are very important here. A craft business that is second to none and where everything comes from a single source. 5 star recommendation!
M	Manuel Menyhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich ließ eine Lederjacke die von meinem hund zerbissen wurde flicken, rauleder, mein ersten eindrücke warn optisch ganz ok, denke mit einen zeitaufwand hätte ich das als perfektionist und monk auch exakt so hinbekommen, leider muss ich anmerken das innenfutter - echtpelz durch die reperatur verklebt und ich gerne bei kühlen temperaturen nur ein tshirt darunter anziehe, der klumpen reibt an der haut somit ist ein tragen bei längeren spaziergängen unmöglich für mich, da muss ich auch ehrlich dazu sagen - mit ein paar löchern hätte ich eher leben können. schade für den unteren durchschnittsbürger ohne ansprüche mag so eine reperatur genügen mir aber definitiv nicht. hab mir etwas mehr einer "manufaktur" (handarbeit) erwartet. I had a leather jacket repaired that was bitten by my dog, suede, my first impressions were optically ok, I think with some time I could have done it as a perfectionist and monk exactly like that, unfortunately I have to say the inner lining - real fur glued by the repair and i like to wear only a t-shirt underneath when the temperature is cool, the lump rubs against the skin so it's impossible for me to wear it on longer walks, i have to honestly say - i could have lived with a few holes. a pity for the lower average citizen without claims such a repair may be enough for me but definitely not. I expected something more of a "manufactory" (handwork).

Meine LV-Taschen wurden und werden sach- und fachgerecht saniert und repariert, dies zu einem fairen Preis. Große Empfehlung falls man Leder zu reparieren hat. Great workshop with great empathy for the material. My LV bags have been and are properly and professionally refurbished and repaired, at a fair price. Great recommendation if you need to repair leather.

Über eine Woche vergeblich versucht per Mail oder telefonisch einen Termin für ein TELEFONAT zu bekommen. Preisauskunft grundsätzlich nicht möglich! Catastrophe. I called four times. Each time I was promised that I would be called back because it wasn't right at the time. Tried in vain for over a week to get an appointment for a TELEPHONE call by mail or by phone. Price information is generally not possible!
A	Andreas Schogger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrung war extrem gut: Kleine Beschädigung an der Lederjacke musste geklebt werden wurde sofort erledigt. Als ich nach dem Preis frage sagt er war doch sowenig Arbeit...will ihm 10€ geben sagt er zuviel! Wir einigen und auf 5€ fand ich alles sehr fair! Ich bin somit zufrieden und finde es ist ein echtes Handwerksgeschäft vielleicht in der Kommunikation nicht so modern also sollte man erst mal persönlich hingehen wenn man was braucht! My experience was extremely good: Small damage to the leather jacket had to be glued and was done immediately. When I ask about the price he says it was so little work... he wants to give him 10€ he says too much! We agreed and at 5€ I thought everything was very fair! So I'm satisfied and I think it's a real handicraft shop, maybe not so modern in terms of communication, so you should go there personally if you need something!

Wanted to choose and buy leather material for car seats and i was basically kicked out from the shop when they realized I do not have an example of the leather i wanted. Explained multiple times that i would like to choose something on the spot but was not offered the chance. Definitely do not recommend using their services
