Versch.Bereiche, wie ein Flexx-Bereich m Geräten f Dehnungsübungen.... Um einen kl. Aufpreis kann man Saunalandschaft benutzen (Finnische, Dampfsauna u Infrarot). Getränke, sogar Kaffee sind frei! Es herrscht ein angenehmes Klima, Gesundheits- Ernährungstipps erhält man auch sowie Körperanalysen. Wo gibt's das alles in bester Qualität in einem Studio um einen moderaten Preis? The best fitness center far and wide! The best equipment, training, but also a varied course program, included in the price, such as yoga by a top yoga trainer, Pilates, fascia training, abdominal and back training and much more. Gesundheitsförderung sowohl präventiv als auch rehabilativ in einer sehr netten und familiären Umgebung! Ich kann das Lebensfit nur weiterempfehlen! Very good offer and great care! The course schedule is very extensive and the courses are held professionally! Health promotion both preventive and rehabilitative in a very nice and family environment! Barbara macht Yoga im Internet, Du kannst Dich anmelden, Zoom installieren und los geht's. Einfach super, bei Lebensfit kannst Du Deine Fitness erhalten. Viel Spaß! I can only recommend a super fine fitness center. Hopefully training will be possible again soon. Barbara does yoga on the internet, you can register, install Zoom and off you go.
