★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten wurde ich so unfreundlich behandelt! Hier kommt man her, um einen Vertrag für eine Dienstleistung zu unterschreiben, die ja nicht gerade billig ist. Dann kann man wohl erwarten, dass relevante Fragen etwas weniger unwillig und dafür etwas freundlicher beantwortet werden! Kein einziges freundliches Wort, geschweige denn ein Lächeln! Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen!
 I have seldom been treated so rude! This is where you come to sign a contract for a service that isn't exactly cheap. Then you can probably expect that relevant questions will be answered a little less unwillingly and more friendly! Not a single friendly word, let alone a smile! Absolutely NOT to be recommended!
