Kundenfreundlichkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Als ich mit einer von selbst aufgegangenen Kette in das Geschäft kam und fragen wollte ob ich sie mit diese reparieren können wurde ich, während ich die Kette herausholte schon unterbrochen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich die Kette nicht winmal angesehen und meinte es gibt weder Garantie noch Gewährleistung dafür und wies mich ab. Sie meinte man könne es nur kostenpflichtig einsenden und reparieren lassen. Nachdem ich verärgert aus dem Geschäft ging informierte ich mich über die Gewährleistung. Da ich die gelesenen Informationen der Mitarbeiterin übermitteln wollte, rief ich im Geschäft an. Ich begann zu reden und sagte, dass es über die Halskette geht, hat sie einfach aufgelegt. Weitere male hat sie mich weggedrückt. Erst nach dem 4. Mal anrufen hat sie abgehoben. Am Telefon war Sie ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich und verwies mich an Alphagold. Im Prinzip ist dies die Firma von Le Clou. Dort kam ich mit meinem Problem auch nicht weiter, da offenbar Kundenfreundlichkeit nicht sehr wichtig ist. Jetzt gerade bin ich im Kontakt mit dem Konsumentenschutz, dass ich die Kette wieder reparieren kann. Einfach eine Frechheit. Es wäre wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeiten gewesen die Kette zu reparieren…

Customer friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. When I came into the shop with a chain that had opened by itself and wanted to ask if I could fix it with it, I was already broken while I was getting the chain out. The employee did not take a look at the chain and said there was no guarantee or warranty for it and turned me away. She said you could only send it in and have it repaired for a fee. After I went out of business annoyed, I found out about the warranty. Since I wanted to convey the information I had read to the employee, I called the store. I started talking and said it was about the necklace, just hung it up. More times she pushed me away. She only picked up after calling the fourth time. She was also very rude on the phone and referred me to Alphagold. In principle, this is Le Clou's company. There I got no further with my problem either, since customer friendliness is obviously not very important. Right now I'm in contact with consumer protection so that I can repair the chain again. Just a cheek. It would really have been a minor thing to fix the chain ...
