C	Christian Neudorfer (ch_r_is) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich und fast schon herablassend. Ich fragte im Geschäft, ob es möglich ist, eine Uhr auf Echtheit überprüfen zu lassen. Der Herr schaute mich kurz an, dann wieder weg und sagte beiläufig "Nein, dafür hab ich keine Zeit.". Schade, aber damit hätte ich noch kein Problem gehabt. Auf meine Frage hin, ob ich mir die baugleiche Uhr aus dem Schaufenster kurz ansehen dürfte, kam nur noch ein verärgertes "NA". Das Stahlband, das ich eigentlich noch kaufen wollte, habe ich mir dann wo anders besorgt... Very unfriendly and almost condescending. I asked at the store if it was possible to have a watch checked for authenticity. The gentleman looked at me briefly, then away again and said casually "No, I don't have time for that." It's a shame, but I wouldn't have had a problem with that. When I asked if I could take a quick look at the identical clock from the shop window, only an angry "NA" came up. The steel band that I actually wanted to buy, I got myself somewhere else ...
R	Roman K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit meiner Automatik-Uhr wg. Gangenauigkeit hingeganengen. Meine Uhr hatte ging ca. 40 sek. pro Tag vor und das war mir zu viel. Die Einstellung sollte 20-30€ kosten und dauert ein paar Tagen, ich war damit einverstanden. Der versprochene Rückruf blieb zwei Wochen nach der Abgabe aus und so habe ich mich gemeldet, die Uhr war fertig. Es wurden mir 5 € für einen ausgetauschten Stift verrechnet, die Einstellung wurde gratis gemacht. Am nächsten Tag habe ich verstanden warum. Die Uhr ging jetzt 2 Minuten vor pro Tag! Am gleichen Tag ist mir der Boden von der Uhr runtergefallen, er war einfach nicht richtig verschraubt. Es war Gott sei Dank zu Hause und ich konnte ihn noch finden. Und da die Uhr schon offen war habe ich mir ein App runtergeladen (Watch Accracy Meter) und die Uhr selbst eingestellt. Es hat 15 Minuten gedauert und die Uhr läuft jetzt zufriedenstellend. Ich werde den 'Uhrmacher' nicht mehr besuchen. (den einen Stern muss man leider geben, der Uhrmacher ist es aber nicht wert) I am wg with my automatic watch. Accuracy. My watch was about 40 seconds. a day before and that was too much for me. The setting should cost 20-30 € and take a few days, I was fine with that. The promised callback did not take place two weeks after it was handed in, so I got in touch, the watch was ready. I was charged € 5 for an exchanged pen, the setting was made free of charge. The next day I understood why. The clock was now 2 minutes ahead of the day! On the same day I fell off the back of the clock, it just wasn't screwed on properly. Thank goodness it was home and I could still find him. And since the clock was already open I downloaded an app (Watch Accracy Meter) and set the clock myself. It took 15 minutes and the clock is now running satisfactorily. I will not visit the 'watchmaker' anymore. (Unfortunately you have to give the one star, but the watchmaker is not worth it)
J	Jackman 2210 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal! Dame bei der Kassa war freundlich aber bei diesem Geschäft dauert es laut den Kollegen 2-3 Tage um die Glieder einer Uhr zu entfernen. Die Kollegen der Dame waren sehr unfreundlich ihre Antwort auf meine Frage war dass es unmöglich ist dies am selben Tag noch zu erledigen und ich soll doch zu einem anderen Uhrmacher gehen da dauert es laut ihnen noch länger, was ich dann auch tat und es wurde in ca 1h erledigt. Very rude staff! The lady at the cash desk was friendly, but according to my colleagues it takes 2-3 days to remove the links from a watch in this business. The lady's colleagues were very unfriendly, her answer to my question was that it is impossible to do this on the same day and that I should go to another watchmaker because, according to them, it takes even longer, which I then did and it got in done about 1h.
M	Michi Pichla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit meiner Quarzuhr zum Batteriewechsel hingegangen. Es wurde mir am nächsten Tag gesagt die Uhr hat einen Defekt im Uhrwerk und ist somit kaputt. Bin daraufhin zu einem anderen Juwelier gegangen und es stellte sich heraus, die Batterie wurde einfach nicht gewechselt. I took my quartz watch to have the battery changed. I was told the next day that the watch had a defect in the movement and was therefore broken. Went to another jeweler and found out the battery just wasn't changed.
