Geeigneteren gegeben. Konkret: Es wurde vormittags ein Nasenspray eines bestimmten Herstellers verlangt - dass es zwei Varianten gibt, darauf wurde nicht hingewiesen. Habe nach einer miesen Nacht und in Eile daher das Falsche vorgesetzt bekommen, gekauft und natürlich benutzt - abschwellender Effekt = 0. Wie auch wenn Kochsalzlösung verkauft wurde. Auf (zugegeben) spätere Nachfrage meinerseits am Nachmittag kommt nur: „Von diesem Hersteller gibt es nur eine Sorte Nasenspray“ und wenn man weiter nachbohrt und darauf hinweist dass es sehr wohl eine Alternative gibt, wird auf einmal geantwortet „Haben wir nicht da“. Rücknahme, Kulanz oder Tausch wird konsequent abgelehnt mit der Begründung ich hätte „ein“ Nasenspray verlangt. Advice is a foreign word here - one still likes to take “pharmacist prices”. Also, no information is given about the medication handed out or about more suitable ones. Specifically: A nasal spray from a certain manufacturer was requested in the morning - it was not pointed out that there are two variants. After a lousy night and in a hurry, I got the wrong thing, bought it and of course used it - decongestant effect = 0. Just like when saline solution was sold. When I (admittedly) later asked me in the afternoon, only: “There is only one type of nasal spray from this manufacturer” and if you continue to dig and point out that there is indeed an alternative, the answer is suddenly “We don't have it”. Returns, goodwill or exchanges are consistently rejected on the grounds that I asked for "a" nasal spray.

Sie spielen mit der Gesundheit der Leute und haben dann nicht einmal den Anstand sich zu entschuldigen sondern sagen wortwörtlich, dass die betroffene Person SELBER SCHULD ist wenn sie die falschen Medikamente erhalten hat . Solche studierten Personen gehören nicht in eine Apotheke sondern zurück in die Volksschule wenn sie nicht lesen können! Aufgrund dieser unfähigen Personen muss eines meiner Familienmitglieder über einen längeren Zeitraum das Blut kontrollieren lassen ob kein Nierenschaden entsteht aufgrund falscher Medikamentenausgabe! Absolutely incompetent employees! Warning, they issue the wrong medication and then make the customer responsible! They play with people's health and then they don't even have the decency to apologize, but they literally say that the person concerned is OWN TO OUR if they have received the wrong medication. Such studied people do not belong in a pharmacy but back in elementary school if they can not read! Because of these incompetent people, one of my family members has to have the blood checked over a longer period of time to ensure that there is no kidney damage due to incorrect medication dispensing!
