Ich habe spontan um 8:30 am Abend noch einen Covid- Test gebraucht habe angerufen und konnte freundlicherweise noch einen machen. Eine super Apotheke mit netten Mitarbeitern kann ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

I spontaneously called at 8:30 in the evening for a Covid test and was kind enough to do another one. I can only warmly recommend a great pharmacy with nice employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I were on holiday in Oetz and in line with travel regulations at the time, we purchased two PCR's from the Edelweiss Pharmacy in Oetz. The PCR results were never received and after contacting the pharmacy they offered a refund only in cash if I visit the pharmacy in person. I have explained we are now back in the UK, as this was only a holiday and the pharmacy are suggesting this is the only way a refund can be received, even though they took the payment on card. They are now stating its not their responsibility that the service they took payment for was not received and are now ignoring messages. TERRIBLE customer service. My only request is for a refund either back to my card or posted to me.
