T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Praxis macht einen sehr professionellen Eindruck. Die Wartezeit ohne Termin dauerte gerade mal 5 Minuten. Unsere Tochter hatte sich den großen Daumen ordentlich verstaucht. Vorsichtshalber wurde geröngt, die Bilder wurden meiner Tochter und meiner Frau sehr ausführlich erklärt. Sie bekam eine Fingerschiene (die wir mittels Föhn anpassen konnten,nachdem der Daumen wieder abgeschwollen war) einen Schmerzsaft und ein Kühlpad. Wir bekamen die Bilder und einen ausführlichen Arztbrief mit. Alles wird privat abgerechnet, bezahlbar mit Kreditkarte. Rechnung wird doppelt ausgestellt, für einen selbst und für die Krankenkasse daheim. Alles in allem 5 Sterne verdient. The practice makes a very professional impression. The waiting time without appointment lasted just 5 minutes. Our daughter had sprained her big thumb properly. As a precaution, I had to take an X-ray, the pictures were explained in great detail to my daughter and my wife. She got a finger splint (which we could adjust with a hair dryer after the thumb had gone down again) a pain juice and a cooling pad. We got the pictures and a detailed doctor's letter. Everything is billed privately, payable by credit card. Invoice is issued twice, for yourself and for the health insurance company at home. All in all deserves 5 stars.
S	Sascha Krey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wartezeit ohne Termin ist absolut in Ordnung. Herr Dr. Adi Köhle nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für seine (kleinen) Patienten und erklärt sehr genau, was er macht. Medikamente (die Praxis dient auch als kleine Apotheke) können bargeldlos bezahlt werden. Hier werden auch Kreditkarten akzeptiert. The waiting time without appointment is absolutely fine. Dr. Adi Köhle takes a lot of time for his (small) patients and explains exactly what he is doing. Medication (the practice also serves as a small pharmacy) can be paid cashless. Credit cards are also accepted here.

Die Risswunde unten am Kinn unserer kleiner Tochter wurde auch zügig behandelt und genäht, freundlicher Arzt und Assistentin, einziger grosser Wermutstropfen ist, dass wir am darauffolgenden Tag " nur kurz" nochmals zur Nachkontrolle kommen sollen: eine ganze, lange Stunde Wartezeit bis zum Abschluss/bezahlen; davon waren reine Arbeits/Kontrollzeit rund 5 Minuten! Es gab mir den Eindruck von keiner richtigen Orginasation, keine Information an den Kunden wenn es weitergeht! Zu guter letzt wird am Tresen die -meiner Meinung nach-völlig überteuerten Rechnung ( über 570 Euro!/ vielleicht weil wir "Touristen" sind...?) von einer bürokratischen, sehr reservierten Dame präsentiert, einkassiert wie wenn man ein paar normale Schuhe einkaufen geht. Kein Danke, oder gute Besserung/alles Gute der kleinen Tochter-sehr traurig!! Tja, zum Glück kann man diese astronomische, überteuerte Rechnung der Krankenkasse weiterreichen... It's really great that there is a Med Center right at the valley station. The tear wound at the bottom of our little daughter's chin was treated and sewn quickly, friendly doctor and assistant, the only big downer is that we should "only" come back for a follow-up check on the following day: a whole, long hour of waiting until the end / pay; of which pure work / control time was around 5 minutes! It gave me the impression of no real Orginasation, no information to the customer if it goes on! Last but not least, the - in my opinion - completely overpriced bill (over 570 euros! / Maybe because we are "tourists" ...?) Is presented at the counter by a bureaucratic, very reserved lady, collected like a pair of normal shoes going shopping. No thank you, or get well soon / all the best for the little daughter - very sad !! Well, luckily you can pass this astronomical, overpriced bill to the health insurance company ...
A	Alie van der Kooij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze privékliniek wil alleen maar snel geld verdienen. Laat hier geen PCR-test afnemen, is onbetrouwbaar. En je betaalt €75,00! We waren voor een korte vakantie in Serfaus toen ik corona-klachten kreeg en een zelftest positief was. Ik ben voor een PCR-test naar de kliniek gegaan. De test werd door een onvriendelijke assistente heel snel, ruw en onprofessioneel afgenomen met een wattenstaafje in de keel. Na de afname ben ik 5 minuten hoestend en kokhalzend blijven zitten in een apart kamertje om bij te komen. Niemand kwam langs om te informeren hoe het ging. ’s Avonds de uitslag: geen corona. Omdat ik de uitslag niet vertrouwde door de klungelige afname van de test, ben ik in zelfisolatie gegaan. En terecht, want terug in Nederland gaf de PCR-test bij de GGD aan dat ik wel corona had. Ik heb hierover een e-mail gestuurd naar de kliniek, maar ik werd niet serieus genomen. Hun reactie was ‘Dat kan gebeuren, jammer dan, pech gehad.’ This private clinic just wants to make a quick buck. Do not have a PCR test taken here, it is unreliable. And you pay €75.00! We were in Serfaus for a short holiday when I got corona complaints and a self-test was positive. I went to the clinic for a PCR test. The test was taken very quickly, roughly and unprofessionally by an unfriendly assistant with a cotton swab in the throat. After the administration, I spent 5 minutes coughing and gagging in a separate room to recover. No one came by to inquire how things were going. The results in the evening: no corona. Because I did not trust the results due to the clumsy administration of the test, I went into self-isolation. And rightly so, because back in the Netherlands the PCR test at the GGD indicated that I did have corona. I sent an e-mail to the clinic about this, but I was not taken seriously. Their response was "That can happen, too bad, bad luck."

Dat betekend toen ik echt iets ernstigs had en mn been brak op de ski piste ik meteen rekeningen van 1000en euros kreeg. Dit doen ze expres om meer geld te verdienen want het is de enige kliniek in de buurt van de pistes, dus je kan nergens anders heen. Het is afperserij van de toeristen. Because it is a private clinic, you cannot go there with your health insurance. That means when I had something really serious and broke my leg on the ski slopes I immediately got bills of 1000s euros. They do this on purpose to make more money because it's the only clinic near the slopes, so there's nowhere else to go. It is extortion of the tourists.
