★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Anlaufpunkt für eine einfache Wanderung aus Niederthai. Von dort gibt es drei Wege dorthin - im Wesentlichen links am Tal entlang, rechts oder auf dem Fahrweg. Die Alm bietet ortstypische Gerichte wie allerlei Knödel. Verbesserungsvorschlag: es fehlen Kaiserschmarren auf der Karte :-). Wer noch etwas weiter möchte kann von hier aus zur Schweinfurter Hütte oder mit Übernachtung gar über das Zwieselbachtal zur Winnebachseehütte
Good starting point for an easy hike from Niederthai. From there there are three ways to get there - essentially left along the valley, right or on the road. The Alm offers local dishes such as all kinds of dumplings. Suggestion for improvement: Kaiserschmarren are missing on the menu :-). Those who want to go a little further can go from here to the Schweinfurter Hütte or, with an overnight stay, even across the Zwieselbachtal to the Winnebachseehütte

There is a beautiful little chapel where you can light a candle for your loved ones.
The restaurant is first class, with delicious food and milk (!), and the staff is very friendly. Ah, and the view ! We've had an excellent day.
Watch out for a few cars and more bicycles on the road leading to this place, while you have to walk from the paid parking in Niederthai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a rigorous hike we welcomed the chance for cold Helles and hot food! The Hauswurst with Sauerkraut was excellent. We finished our meal with coffee and shared an Apfelstrudel. Pet friendly! ?
