Schlimmer geht nimmer. Katastrophalen Service. Wir hatten für 6 Personen einen Tisch bestellt. Wir waren pünktlich im Restaurant und man teilte uns einen Tisch für 4 Personen zu. Dann baten wir um einen größerenTisch . Wo rauf der der Kellner die Bemerkungen von sich gab ob wir Polen oder Russen seien. Daraufhin kam der vermeintliche Chef und meinte, das er nicht böse sei wenn wir wo anders essen gingen. An besten neben an. Diese Lokal war im Umbau. Fazit: Zenzerwirt macht der Österreichischen Gastfreundschaft alle Ehre

Very nice hotel ?

Very good food and good service.

We had to wait for 15 mins for someone to notice us and to get a seat. The waiter was a real prick. The portions were tiny. Stay away from this place!!! It looks like it's intended for locals only.

Well maintained with a beautiful balance of modern and traditional. The pool, fitness room, elevator, and below ground garage are wonderful modern conveniences. The service and food are fantastic.

Not worth the price at all! Restaurant service and room furniture where disastrous! Only 2 points instead of 1, because the Spa area was really awesome Negative points: Food: - the rolls during breakfast were not refilled if empty (happened almost every day) - we had almost the same side dish vegetables every evening - almost no variety, only different names for the same vegetables! - the hot starters at the buffet were not refilled when empty which happened about 3 times during our stay of 5 nights - dessert of the day (written on the menu) wasn't refilled when empty - on our last day we were served old potatoes for dinner!!! - on our last morning there were no butter or rolls at all anymore! Room: - the room was run down: e.g: condition of the wooden elements was poor (scratches, destroyed edges etc) - the paint of the heating devices crumbled off - the bathroom furniture was cheap chipboard material, that was already worn out at several parts and obviously very old (not in a nice way), the shower head was very old as well - no standard I would expect in a 4 star hotel! - the aeration in the bathroom was either non existing or not working correctly (terrible in a bathroom without a window) - the TV-reception was very bad (sometimes not existing), somebody came to fix this, but it was just as bad a couple of hours afterwards - when we listed our experiences at the reception they just said it was the last days of the season and they would close for summer brake next day...well did nothing to compensate our negative experiences positive facts: - the spa area was awesome and parking solution was very comfortable

* Wifi unusable. Even in the middle of the night the wifi doesn't perform. During the day it's impossible to connect to the wifi itself. * The food is included in the price so as the hotel is quite inexpensive the quality is up to par. * Slow service but friendly waitress and reception staff. * Dated rooms, absolute bare basics. No bottle of water available, no fridge, a single sachet of shampoo, worn down towels * Shower on my friends' room doesn't get warm although mine did.
