Zimmer sind für die Kategorie ausreichend und sauber. Wir wollten jetzt im Sommer wieder kommen. Leider ist das Hotel in unsere Zeit ausgebucht.☹ We have been to the black eagle twice in the summer. The Unterlechner family fulfills every wish as far as possible. Breakfast and dinner is great. Rooms are adequate and clean for the category. We now wanted to come back in the summer. Unfortunately the hotel is fully booked in our time
V	Volker Schäfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis-Leistung stimmt. Personal sehr nett sowie hilfreich und immer ansprechbar. Problemchen werden sofort erledigt. Essen sehr angenehm. Bedienung sehr schnell und völlig unaufdringlich. Einzig beim Parken gibt es Abzug (direkt am Hotel nur bedingt möglich, alternativ ca. 400 m immer möglich, inkl. steilem Anstieg). Skiraum erfüllt alle Anforderungen und ist gut zugänglich. Zimmer und Hotelausstattung entsprechen genau dem Internet-Auftritt. Hatten eine tolle Woche. Price-performance is right. Staff very nice and helpful and always approachable. Troubles are dealt with immediately. Food very pleasant. Operation very fast and completely unobtrusive. Only when parking there is deduction (directly at the hotel only partly possible, alternatively about 400 m always possible, incl. Steep rise). Ski room meets all requirements and is easily accessible. Rooms and hotel equipment correspond exactly to the internet appearance. Had a great week.
F	F Privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr unfreundliche und unmotivierte Familie, die uns noch nicht mal bei unserer Ankunft empfangen wollte. Wir haben locker 20 Minuten im Empfang gestanden. Es lief immer wieder mal jemand am uns vorbei. Aber ohne sich um uns zu kümmern. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig der "Wellnessbereich" auch. Das Essen war OK. Mehr aber nicht. Das schlimmste war die unfreundliche Stimmung von dem Service rüber kam. Es hat uns nicht gehalten und haben lieber den Urlaub abgebrochen. Unfortunately, very unfriendly and unmotivated family, who didn't even want to welcome us when we arrived. We were easily at the reception for 20 minutes. Every now and then someone ran past us. But without taking care of us. The rooms are in need of renovation also the "wellness area". The food was OK. But nothing more. The worst part was the rude atmosphere from the service. It didn't stop us and preferred to break off the vacation.
H	Hanno Benclele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das familiengeführte Hotel hat seinen Charme und die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Frühstück und Abendessen sind reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Es gibt 2 nichtvegetarische und ein vegetarisches Gericht. Bei Bedarf werden finnische und Dampfsauna geöffnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. The family run hotel has its charm and the rooms and the bathroom are very clean. The bathroom could be a bit bigger. We were served very courteously. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful and very tasty. There are 2 non-vegetarian and one vegetarian dishes. If necessary, the Finnish and steam saunas are opened. We felt very comfortable.
T	Tobias Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: - Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist i.O. - gute Lage (Skibus fährt vor der Tür ab; die Horbergbahn und Kaltenbach sind von hier gut erreichbar) - verfügt über Sauna und kleines Fitnessstudio Contra: - teilweise unfreundliches Personal - hatten die letzten beiden Tage eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Vielen Hotelgästen ging es so. Das Personal wollte davon allerdings nichts wissen und reagierte verärgert, als sie damit konfrontiert wurden. - haben fast nie einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel bekommen und mussten 500m weiter weg parken - keine Mülleimer auf den Hotelzimmern (nur im Bad für Hygieneabfälle) - sehr kleines Bad - Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - an der Rezeption kann man schonmal einige Minuten warten, bis einem Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird (keine Klingel) Per: - Price / performance ratio is OK - good location (ski bus leaves in front of the door; the Horbergbahn and Kaltenbach are easily accessible from here) - has a sauna and a small fitness studio Cons: - partly unfriendly staff - had food poisoning in the past two days. It was the same for many hotel guests. The staff did not want to hear about it, however, and reacted angrily when confronted with it. - Almost never got a parking space in front of the hotel and had to park 500m further away - No rubbish bins in the hotel rooms (only in the bathroom for hygiene waste) - very small bathroom - The hotel is showing its age - At the reception you can wait a few minutes for attention to be paid (no bell)
