Ich habe bisNovember die Möglichkeit gehabt die Buchung zu stornieren und die Hälfte des Geldes wieder zu bekommen. Herr Gumpold teilte mir mir, dass ich nicht zu stornieren bräuchte, wir können warten, ob Österreich bei Anreise nicht mehr Hochrisikogebiet ist und wenn doch könnte er stornieren und wir hätten gar keine Kosten. Drei Tage vor Abreise war Österreich immernoch Hochrisikogebiet und ich stornierte per E-Mail. Herr Gumpold wünschte noch einen guten Rutsch und ab dann reagierte er auf keine E-Mail mehr. Ich fragte zweimal wann wir mit der Rückzahlung rechnen könnten. Keine Reaktion. Das Vertrauen in Herrn Gumpolds Aussage hat uns über 600€ gekostet. Beware of this provider. I booked this accommodation through FeWo-direkt. I had the opportunity to cancel the booking until November and get half of the money back. Mr Gumpold informed me that I did not need to cancel, we can wait to see if Austria is no longer a high-risk area when we arrive and if so, he could cancel and we would have no costs at all. Three days before departure, Austria was still a high-risk area and I canceled by email. Mr. Gumpold wished a happy new year and from then on he no longer responded to any e-mail. I asked twice when we could expect the repayment. No reaction. The trust in Mr. Gumpold's statement cost us over 600 €.

A	Ana Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel faces a beautiful landscape and it's very close to a bus stop that runs services to the Stubai Glacier very frequently. The apartment was very clean and warm, with all amenities you might need. A very nice touch is the heated floor in the main bathroom and the optional fresh bread service in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only things I could say that wouldn't make this a 5 star review are the lack of an oven and the double bed is in fact two single mattresses joined together. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
