1. Great price for the area
2. Lots of room
3. Full kitchen with a dinning/living room attached.
4. Great views
5. Very close to the bus stop. (For the area this is important)
6. Owners are flexible for check-in times.
7. Always had a parking spot.
8. Two bathrooms (full bathrooms)
9. Free WiFi
10. Plenty to eat near by (call for a reservation)
Cons:
1. Not handicap friendly. No ramps, no elevator.
2. Can't control the room temp. (It was a bit hot for us)
3. A faint dog smell (the owners have a dog, very friendly)
Overall I highly recommend the location and we plan on staying again in the future.
