D	David Macek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sauna and staff, however the walls are from "paper", you can hear all the neighbours. We had completely stupid roof windows which were hard to open and close. The kitchen equipment could be better.

Basic stuff from the menu was not available, the service was extremely slow, and the personal was trying to be funny, making inappropriate jokes.
K	Konstantin Pasko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saunas are cool, yes, but showers at the rooms are horrible, you have to tune the temperature every 5 second, sometimes there is no hot water for a couple of minutes, the water pressure at the 4th floor is super low, almost no water. The restaurant is overpriced, a waiter kept forgetting orders and parts of the dishes, it took a huge while to get drinks, was making jokes and was quite annoying.

Great breakfast and great dinners, though the selection is a bit limited, but the varieties of combination for the Schnitzel is amazing. Awesome view over the valley which can't be beat.
