C	Christl Bruggeman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede prijs, op loopafstand van de gondel naar de piste. Schoon, interieur is wat gedateerd maar niet storend. Inpandige garage voor de auto inbegrepen. Vriendelijk personeel. Kortom, volgend jaar weer! Good price, walking distance from the gondola to the slopes. Clean, interior is a bit dated but not disturbing. Indoor garage for the car included. Friendly staff. In short, next year again!
J	Jan Ising on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal, keine Probleme gehabt ausser nur 5GB Datenvolumen beim WLAN, dann musste man sich einen neuen Code holen.. die neu renovierten Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und in optimaler Lage Very friendly staff, had no problems except only 5GB data volume with the WLAN, then you had to get a new code .. the newly renovated rooms are really very nice and in an ideal location

Zu Fuß hat man ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Gondel Giggijochbahn. Um einkaufen zu gehen, brauch man ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten bis in die Dorfmitte. Im Keller befindet sich ein großzügiger Skiraum mit Schuhtrockner und abschließbaren Spints für jedes Zimmer. Die Tiefgarage bietet Platz für ca. 10 Autos. Für den Skiurlaub eine super Unterkunft! The Landhaus Falkner offers various rooms, ranging in size from 1-2 persons to 4-6 persons. The location is great! On foot you have about 5 minutes walk to the gondola Giggijochbahn. To go shopping, you also need only a few minutes walk to the village center. In the basement is a spacious ski room with boot dryer and lockable spints for each room. The underground car park offers space for about 10 cars. For the ski holiday a great place to stay!
M	Maximilian Weller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekte Lage, ca 3 min Fußweg zum Lift und liegt im Bermudadreieck der Party Zone. Küche ist leider sehr winzig und hat keinen Backofen. Ansonsten top, Tiefgerage ist beim Zimmer dabei. WC Tür ist sehr massiv, dass auch jeder in Ruhe sein Geschäft verrichten kann. Perfect location, about 3 minutes walk to the lift and located in the Bermuda Triangle of the party zone. Kitchen is unfortunately very tiny and has no oven. Otherwise top, Tiefgerage is in the room. WC door is very massive, that also everyone can do his business in peace.
P	Paco de Voogt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerste instantie leek alles goed in orde, maar eenmaal na 1 dag verblijf kwammen de gebreken naar voren. We hadden geen balkon, de keuken miste een oven of magnetron, slecht wifi en enkel maar 5gb voor een hele week, maar het slechste van alles waren de bedden (je sliep gewoon op een houtenplank). Positieve punten waren: Altijd een warme douche, overdekte garage voor de auto, goede ski opbergruimte, maar vooral de locatie was echt TOP! At first everything seemed fine, but once after 1 day's stay the flaws came to the fore. We had no balcony, the kitchen lacked an oven or microwave, bad wifi and only 5GB for a whole week, but worst of all were the beds (you just slept on a wooden board). Positive points were: Always a hot shower, covered garage for the car, good ski storage space, but above all the location was really TOP!

Strong smell of smoke in all corridors although not in the room if the door is kept closed. The rooms were kept clean though. we originally requested a 3 night stay. We later requested via email for it to be changed for two nights. We arrived and once again informed the reception that we would only stay for two nights. She said ok. Upon checkout, the same person, slammed copies of our original reservation and proceeded to lecture us on how we had requested three days. She was rude and kept going through the emails not allowing us to speak. When she finally stopped for a minute we told her we had sent an email asking to change the dates and then also asked her at check in. She rudely stated that they only rent for 3 night minimum and we had to pay the difference. The problem is not the policy but her amazingly rude behavior and her inability to let us know of this policy until we had fully packed our belongings and attempted to checkout. Had she informed us, we would have not packed and checked out. Upon letting her know this and some back and forth, she finally allowed us to check out and not charge the final night. Of course not without informing me that things are done differently here is Austria than in America. By that I gather she meant, the whole "chew your guests out before you depart" thing! Granted I am married to an Austrian and we do vacation in the area almost yearly. First and last at this austere accommodation. At the end, she didn't charge us but managed to get herself and us all worked up over miscommunication on her part. Not a smart way to run an Inn.
