Ruhige Lage mit kurzem Fußweg zur Gondelstation und ins Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Und vor allem sehr nette Vermieter ? Very nice, modern furnished apartment with parking directly in front of the house. Very clean. Quiet location with a short walk to the gondola station and the center with many restaurants and bars. And most of all very nice landlord ?

Very friendly hosts. The apartments are modern and clean. In a quiet location with a wonderful view, the center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Very nice hosts, everything clean and well equipped. In addition, it is centrally located in Sölden and has a fair price. MTB vacation was fun!
P	Pascal Beckers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu dritt mit Mountainbikes dort. Das Appartment war großzügig, sauber und die Küche hatte alles was man braucht (auch Gewürze, Kaffeefilter usw.). Die Lage mit Bergblick ist super. Durch den Premium Gästepass gibt es viele Vergünstigungen wie 10€ Rabatt auch den MTB-Tagespass oder kostenlosen Eintritt ist das benachbarte Freizeitbad. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! There were three of us with mountain bikes. The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything you need (including spices, coffee filters, etc.). The location with mountain views is great. The Premium Guest Pass offers many discounts such as a € 10 discount, the MTB day pass or free entry to the neighboring leisure pool. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We would love to come back!

I always found a very good place in the Klotz guesthouse. With a family atmosphere you almost feel at home! I love coming here.

Von der Lage einfach perfekt, etwas abseits somit sehr ruhig aber dennoch zentral so dass man Lifte und sämtliche Geschäfte in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Hier fehlt es einem an nichts. Hatte einen mega schönen erholsamen Bike-Urlaub verbracht und das wird nicht der letzte dort gewesen sein. Preis/Leistung = TOP! Absolute Empfehlung! Super nice and friendly welcome, modern and very clean apartments. Large and fully equipped living spaces. The location is just perfect, a bit out of the way and very quiet but still central so that the lifts and all shops can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Nothing is missing here. Had a really nice, relaxing bike holiday and it won't be the last there. Price / performance = TOP! Absolute recommendation!
