★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the restaurant/hotel does a complete farm to table operation, raising and growing the livestock and vegetables that are served in their traditional Tyrolien cuisine. Great location just outside Innsbruck, comfy rooms too, but the food is truly next level.
