★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maternity department and NICU are the best. Wonderful doctors, midwives and nurses. I felt very safe and well taken care of, and during my 7 week stay in the maternity ward and now 2 weeks and counting in the NICU, I can say with plenty of confidence that this is a great hospital and I wish I lived here so I knew I could bring my children here when they were sick or injured.
I'm a New Yorker and compared to the hospital experience with my first baby in Manhattan, this hospital was easily a hundred times better. I hope the Villachers know how lucky they are to have it right here.
Coming to this hospital saved my baby's life and I will forever be grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to have a small surgery az LKH Villach Tagesklinik last week. I was very nervous, but the nurses, doctors did everything they could to make me feel relaxed. They kept checking on me before and after the surgery, speaking English to me after they'd learnt that my German is not good enough.
After I woke up, Dr Anamaria Dumbrava, the doctor who did the surgery,, came to talk to me, and spent enough time with me, to answer all my questions. Sadly I can't remember the anesthetic doctor's name, or all the nurses names, but they were all amazing.
All in all it was a great experience and I'm grateful for all the doctors, nurses, staff for being so human and so professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks a lot to Prim.Dr. Gerhard Jenic, who offered my daughter the operation on tumors' removal (after 5 years of refusals by the doctors in Iceland, Norway and Denmark) and did it brilliantly. The high-class professional really! Greatest surgeon ever! Gave my daughter a chance to live in full again! Thank you with all my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been helped by LKH team on neurology. Spending there about 3 day from emergency situation up to move home to Czechs. Great team, professional as well as very nice behavior, additionally toward foreigner.
I could be hardly treated better. Thanks to everybody in LKH! One of the best, if not the best experience with hospitals at all.

Primarius Dr. Janic and OA Dr. Foditsch saved my life.
I did arrive with a short life expectation as informed by some other Doctors and today I am healed as far as I understand (but must make yearly checks)
Both Doctors are amazing in all aspects. The staff are also amazing except for one silly arrogant and not caring nurse. But one strange person can be found in any organization.
