Danke, dass sie so empathisch und geduldig mit dieser für mich schwierigen und Angstbesetzten Situation umgegangen sind! Großes Lob an Ihre Abteilung und die Mitarbeiter der chirurgischen Ambulanz! Today I was in the LK Klosterneuburg as an "emergency". From the triage, through the admission to the care and the senior physician, I just want to say thank you! Thank you for dealing with this difficult and fearful situation with such empathy and patience! Kudos to your department and the staff in the surgical outpatient department!

B	Bern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde heute abgewiesen weil ich mich als Besucher nicht bis 14:00 angekündigt habe. Doppelt geimpft sowie PCR getestet. In Wien braucht es keine Anmeldung. Diese Regelung ist völlig sinn-befreit und mein telefonisches ankündigen hat keinerlei Einfluss auf den Besuch vor Ort. Mein Hauptproblem war jedoch die Arroganz und Überheblichkeit sowie das unfreundliche und teilweise fast aggressive Verhalten des Rezeptionisten. Kein "es geht leider nicht" oder "da kann ich leider nichts machen" sondern nur schroffes "nein, GANZ SICHER NICHT ich riskiere wegen ihnen sicher nicht meinen Job, nein". Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine gewisse Freundlichkeit sollte jeder Portier mit sich bringen. Dann hat er mich noch belogen und gemeint es ist schon Besuch da und deswegen geht es erst recht nicht. Hat natürlich nicht gestimmt. Somit blieb mein Vater einen Tag vor seiner Herz-Operation alleine. Ich empfehle diesen Job jemandem zu geben der mehr Interesse und Freude daran hat. Es waren wirklich alle so nett und umsichtig, dass ich mich nach einem leichten Unfall sehr schnell beruhigen konnte und auch meine leichten Verletzungen wurden gut und professionell behandelt. Vielen Dank dafür! Very human, friendly, professional and careful treatment! Mein Finger ist wieder voll einsatzfähig, dank Hrn. OA Haushofer. Although I was a panel patient, I had the feeling of a private patient. I was looked after in a very friendly and sensitive manner by a very competent team. My finger is fully functional again, thanks to Mr. OA Haushofer.
N	Nacht Falter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurden weggeschickt da bei 2,5G der PCR Test ein paar Stunden älter war als 48h. Wir hatten den Test etwas früher abgegeben um die Ergebnisse rechtzeitig zu erhalten, weil zur Zeit die Auswertung ja oft >24h dauert. Diese Klinik hat ein übermäßig rigides "Sicherheits" System ohne Logik und Verständnis für die Situation der Leute. Were sent away because at 2.5G the PCR test was a few hours older than 48 hours. We submitted the test a little earlier in order to receive the results in good time, because the evaluation often takes >24 hours at the moment. This clinic has an overly rigid "security" system with no logic or understanding of people's situations.
