Worst doctors here.even if your child is suffering from flue they will make sure that they suffer from trauma. Doctors in india are far better than here

Extremely well kept. Personnel very friendly. Am so glad there are few shops here. Food store, small restaurant, orthopedic shop inside and outside, Fruhwald for medical supplies.

My son was born in KHN. Just the best experience, great people with big hearts are working there. Doctors, midwifes, personal are very professional and love and know what they are doing. The facility is brand new and very nicely designed.

I am a retired UN Diplomat and a medical doctor. My mother had been taken to Klinik Florisdorf by an Ambulance in the morning of Sunday, 25th April, 2021 with a history of fall, chest pain and syncopal attack. At the Emergency Room of Klinik Florisdorf, following investigations, they found out that my mother had neutrophil leucocytosis with hyponatraemia and hypokalamaia, kidney function impairments, Diabetes Mellitus and liver dysfunction. She has also been suffering from severe anorexia, weight loss and generalized weakness. Although both the attending doctors at the Emergency Room were quite professional and helpful, the attending nurses were insensitive and rude. No one came to attend my mother when she wanted to drink water, and when she repeatedly asked for help as she was feeling unwell. Finally, I had to rush there to hold her while she was vomiting in her bed. I also saw that they kept my ailing mother lying there without anything to cover her body, and she was shivering in cold, while the nurses were sitting at their desk chatting away. However, the nurses did come to her after a while but they didn’t refrain from showing her their irritation. Finally, around 1:30 pm, my mother was admitted and taken to Station 55, Room 17. Please note that my mother neither speaks German nor English. She also has almost no tooth, therefore could only take liquid food such as soup. Since she had no toiletries or other essential things with her, I took a COVID19 test and went to visit her on Monday morning, 26 April, in order to give her toiletries, handy and some home cooked soup. On my arrival there on Monday morning, I found that my mother was in severe pain since early morning. Her right foot was badly swollen, and she was also having burning sensation while urinating. In spite of her requesting the nurses several times to call the duty doctor, the duty doctor never came to visit her. Finally, after several hours, I went to see the duty doctor and requested her to see my mother. Only then she came to see my mother, and ordered an xray of her foot, urine test etc. I left the hospital around 1:30 pm as I was asked to leave. Till then no xray was done and my mother was crying in pain. Therefore, before leaving the hospital, I had went to see the Doctor-in-Charge and explained everything to him. The Doctor-in-Charge was quite helpful. So finally in the afternoon, they did an xray of her foot and gave her a plaster. Meaning, she is now confined to her bed and completely immobile at least for a week. Now comes the saddest part. My mother has been practically starving since Monday evening as she can’t chew or eat hospital food. In spite of me offering to bring her home cooked food, I was told by the lady duty doctor on Monday that ‘She must eat hospital food. Once she is hungry, she will eat. We can’t do anything about it.’ Today (Tuesday) my mother told me on the phone that she has been soaked in urine and stool. No one bothered to clean her or change her clothes. The nursing staff doesn’t usually show up when my mother calls them to bring her a bed pan or to take it back. Even when they show up after repeated calls, they behave rudely with my mother. So my mother is scared of calling them. Fortunately, my mother has a kind Austrian room mate, who at one point today had to walk to the nursing station and brought someone with her to clean my mother. So, basically, my 82 year old ailing mother is starving since yesterday while facing mental abuse, neglect and discrimination in your hospital by the very people who are supposed to take care of her. This is breaking my heart. My mother is so sad there that she doesn’t want to stay in that hospital anymore, and has been asking me to take her home. In this circumstance, I would really appreciate your understanding and kind intervention in this regard. Thanks!
