Man kommt zwar schnell zu einem Termin online aber theoretisch bringt es sich überhaupt nichts bei den Wartezeiten... Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption sind wirklich sehr überlastet und auch leider etwas unfreundlich (zumindestens die bei meinem Schalter). Der Arzt war sehr freundlich aber während der Behandlung wurde ich 3 mal unterbrochen (Krankenschwester reingekommen und Telefonanruf). Mein erster und letzter Besuch, da ich es wirklich für sehr anstrengend gefunden habe und mir es nicht nochmal antun will. Really very long waiting times (2 hours) despite the appointment! You can get to an appointment online quickly, but theoretically there is no point in waiting times ... The staff at the reception are really very overloaded and unfortunately a bit unfriendly (at least those at my desk). The doctor was very friendly but during the treatment I was interrupted 3 times (nurse came in and called me). My first and last visit, because I found it really exhausting and don't want to do it to myself again.
