Keine Frage ist zu blöd, keine Überheblichkeit wie in anderen sehr bekannten Baby/Kindergeschäften in Wien schon zu Hauf erlebt. Komme gerne wieder. Small but fine shop with extremely friendly service. No question is too stupid, no arrogance as seen in other well-known baby / children's shops in Vienna. Would love to come back.

Bestellanfrage zu 2 Jellycat Artikel leider megamässig in die Hose gegangen. Die nette Dame hat sich trotz meiner Rückfrage, nach 1 Woche Wartezeit, nicht mehr gemeldet. Daher auch der Sterneabzug. Edit: Liebe Geschäftsinhaberin - Danke für das Angebot. Leider muss ich es ablehnen, da ich dann direkt dort bestellt hab. Aber Sie haben recht- der sterne abzug ist zu hart und ich korrigiere nach oben. Ich versuche auch in meiner heimat lokale unternehmen zu unterstützen und wollte es mit der Bestellung ebenfalls tun, da der Markt nicht nur von den grossen beherrscht werden soll. Despite my inquiry, the nice lady did not answer after 1 week of waiting. Hence the star deduction. Edit: Dear business owner, thank you for the offer. Unfortunately, I have to refuse because I then ordered directly from there. But you are right - the star deduction is too hard and I correct it upwards. I also try to support local companies in my home country and wanted to do the same with the order, as the market should not only be dominated by the big ones.

Ich liebe dieses klein aber fein ausgewählte Sortiment an nachhaltiger Mode und vor allem guter Qualität. Ich schätze aber nicht nur ihre toll ausgewählten Kleidung sondern auch alle anderen Produkte und Spielsachen wie auch die geduldige, fundierte Beratung! I discovered this shop a year ago and bought the first necessary clothes for my son there! I love this small but finely selected range of sustainable fashion and above all good quality. I appreciate not only your well-chosen clothes but also all other products and toys as well as the patient, well-founded advice!

Aber auch in den anderen Filialen bin ich sehr nett und kompetent beraten worden. Für mich die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn es um Kleidung/Zubehör für meine Kids geht. Auch der online Shop funktioniert optimal und selbst hier, habe ich die Sammelpunkte mitgeschickt bekommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle. Ich persönlich würde mir noch wünschen, dass ihr die Marke +1 in the Family aufnehmt, dann muss ich deswegen nicht zur Konkurrenz laufen, sondern kann in einem Einkauf bei euch alles erledigen :) Great goods, great seller & owner. Especially in the Auhofcenter you can really find everything you need. But I also received very nice and competent advice in the other branches. For me, the first port of call when it comes to clothing / accessories for my kids. The online shop also works optimally and even here I received the collection points! Many thanks at this point. Personally, I would still like you to include the +1 brand in the family, then I don't have to run to the competition because of that, but can do everything in one purchase from you :)

Tolle Auswahl und super Preise - auch die Beratung war top - wobei es leider zu einem Missverständnis in der Kommunikation geführt hat. Diese wurde aber dann auch schnell behoben. Ich empfehle allen Eltern zuerst zum Mitbewerber in der selben Gasse zu gehen und dann bei lalekula einzukaufen. Bei lalekula passt alles perfekt zusammen. Auch ist es super das es zwei Geschäfte mehr oder weniger nebeneinander gibt. My favorite kids / toddlers / baby shop. Great selection and great prices - the advice was also great - which unfortunately led to a misunderstanding in communication. But this was quickly resolved. I recommend all parents to first go to the competitor in the same alley and then go shopping at lalekula. At lalekula everything fits together perfectly. It's also great that there are two shops more or less next to each other.
