Sie ist eine äußert kompetente Trainerin die wirklich weiß wie man Rückenschmerzen vorbeugt oder wenn man, so wie ich schon welche hat, diese wieder los wird. Und was ich bei Ihr noch so toll finde, sie ist total unaufgeregt, ruhig, unterstützend und nie wertend. Einfach eine super Trainerin!
