Personal war entgegen der Rezessionen sehr freundlich. — es gibt jedoch meines Wissens nur ein Damenwc und als ich dort meine Urinabgabe machte (hab max 3 Minuten gebraucht) rüttelte die ganze Zeit jemand an der Tür und hat nicht aufgehört obwohl ich sagte das ich gleich fertig sei. Sehr unangenehm Was there to give blood and urine. It happened relatively quickly. In contrast to the recessions, the staff was very friendly. - As far as I know, there is only one women's toilet and when I gave my urine there (it took a maximum of 3 minutes) someone was shaking the door the whole time and did not stop although I said I would be ready soon. Very uncomfortable

Extra Dank an die Damen die Blutabnahmen bei den Kindern machen: sehr professionell und stressfrei Have been there many times. It's always been quick and easy lately. J	Jimmy Ice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zur Blutabnahme vor Ort , freundliche Empfangsdamen (obwohl diverse Kunden doch recht unhöflich waren) schnelle und unkomplizierte Blutabnahme, Befund am nächsten Tag genau so schnell und unkompliziert erhalten. Super Service. Sollte ich wieder einen Befund brauchen komme ich sicher wieder nach Wien 20. Dankeschön Was on site for blood collection, friendly receptionists (although various customers were quite rude) fast and uncomplicated blood collection, results received the next day just as quickly and easily. Super Service. If I need a report again, I'll definitely come back to Vienna 20. Thank you

If you can't- put down a little money -40 €-and bring draft later. Very nice service team. Cool clean place to chill, read while waiting. Very recommended.
G	Glen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One if the worst laboratories in Vienna , rude staff, not well organized, no proper procedure to take appointments, long waiting times, no patient focus at all. Posting the respose to the question below: My wife and i were at your clinic on Wednesday 10th April, at around 12pm. We were waiting patiently in the line, (around 4-6 people ahead of us). Meanwhile another lady cooly cut into the line, and your Reception staff instead of asking her to wait like everybody else, attended to her first, and instead screamed at the lady who was actually standing in the line, and whose turn it was. The Receptionist was really rude, and did not seem interested nor motivated in her job nor the customer. Please investigate the concerned staff and take necessary action
C	Camilo Palacio Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit afraid of going there cuz the bad reviews. Anyways I went there and I have arrived a couple of minutes before their opening time. Some persons were already queuing and I got the number 15 from the ticket machine. After 20 min of waiting I was called for the registration and short after to take my samples. I have finished everything by 7:35am. The whole process was fast, the lady at the counter was friendly, the office was clean and the staff in general behaved professionally.

What I like mostly about them is that you can receive your results online which a very convenient option. Managed to get my test results most of the time at the say day.
