Termin nach ärztlicher Assistenz und Oberbauch US - jeweils längere Wartezeiten zuletzt 1,5 Stunden) stellte sich heraus, dass dieser spezielle Wert gar nicht abgefragt wurde! Neuer Versuch im Dezember. Einen bestehenden Termin versuchte ich so zu gestalten, dass man nicht 3 bis 4 Mal in die Ordination pilgern muss. Nach einem langen Telefonat mit Fr. Nelly stellte sich heraus, dass mein fixierter Termin storniert wurde und bis Mitte Jänner keine weiteren verfügbar sind. Flexibilität und Kundenorientiertheit sieht definitiv anders aus. F	Franz T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damen an der Anmeldung äußerst unfreundlich. Viele peinliche Verfehlungen. Da kann man kein Vertrauen haben. Jeder weisse "Kittel" denkt er-sie ist der Primar. Es benötigt 3 Besuche bis man zum Arzt vordringt. Der Arzt aber sehr nett. Es gibt auch keinen Befund. Atmosphäre wie am Balkan...... Ladies at registration extremely unfriendly. Many embarrassing mistakes. You can't trust that. Every white "smock" he thinks - she is the primary. It takes 3 visits to get to the doctor. The doctor, however, was very nice. A	An Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte sind in Ordnung, aber vor allem Mitarbeiter sind SEHR unfreundlich. Mitarbeiter schreien einen an wenn man 5 Sekunden langsamer reagiert. Obwohl die Mitarbeiter meist Ausländer sind, sind sie gegenüber Patienten, die aus dem Ausland sind SEHR unfreundlich. Die Wartezeiten sind auch eine Frechheit. Obwohl man einen Termin ausgemacht hat, muss man trotzdem meistens 1 Stunde lang dort warten. Außerdem wird bei jedem Besuch nach den Medikamenten gefragt obwohl die sich nie geändert haben und eigentlich im Computer gespeichert werden sollten. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT! The doctors are fine, but especially the staff are VERY rude. Employees yell at you if you react 5 seconds slower. Although the employees are mostly foreigners, they are VERY rude to patients who are from abroad. The waiting times are also a cheek. Even though you have made an appointment, you usually have to wait there for 1 hour. In addition, the medication is asked for each visit, although they have never changed and should actually be saved on the computer. NOT RECOMMENDED!

C	Clayton Gallema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin zufrieden mit meiner Termine und fachlichen Beratungen. Wartezeit natürlich dauert besonderes für neuen Patienten. Die ordinationsassistentinnen sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur was ärgert mich jedesmal ist Parkplatz zu finden daher würde empfehlen dazu Minuten geben wenn Termine hast. Ich werde diesen Ordination weiter zu empfehlen. Top! I am satisfied with my appointments and professional advice. Waiting time, of course, takes special care for new patients. The ordination assistants are friendly and helpful. Only what annoys me everytime is to find parking therefore would recommend to give minutes if there are appointments. I will continue to recommend this ordination. Top!

Der Arzt den ich heute bei der 2ten Befundbesprechung hat war leider nicht so, eigentlich hat mich der Herr Doktor nur runtergemacht, ich habe es für mich so empfunden. Ich dachte ein Arzt ist neutral und besteht nicht auf seiner Meinung (Impfung und wie ich mich fühle) und versucht auf mich als Mensch einzugehen. Ich habe erwartet daß ich Hilfe bekomme, aber eigentlich geht es mir jetzt noch schlechter als vorher. I am a new patient, the ladies who switch gears and during the examinations are all super friendly and very nice. Unfortunately, the doctor I saw today at the 2nd report meeting was not like that, the doctor actually only put me down, I felt that way about myself. I thought a doctor is neutral and does not insist on his opinion (vaccination and how I feel) and tries to respond to me as a person. I expected to get help, but I'm actually worse now than before.

Alle Termine wurden immer pünktlich eingehalten. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Ordination ist sehr modern, sauber und angenehm. Ingesamt sehr empfehlenswert. I'm a new patient. Although I had to wait a long time for the first appointment, this was not a problem in my case. All appointments were always kept on time. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The ordination is very modern, clean and pleasant. Overall highly recommended.
