Macht weiter so seit ein tolles Team von dem sich andere eine Scheibe abschneiden können I had my blood drawn today and I have to say I was very satisfied, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and the doctor was very nice too! Keep up the good work since a great team that others can learn from

Hätte dringend einen Laborbefund gebraucht, suche mir halt ein anderes Labor, eines wo noch gearbeitet wird! Was in the laboratory today at 3:05 p.m. (open until 4:00 p.m.), no more blood samples, what's that supposed to mean? I urgently needed a laboratory result, just look for another laboratory, one where work is still going on!

Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt und alles wirkt so wie in die 60er Jahre Ganz schrecklich ? Die Dame beim Empfang hat Sachen an als ob sie gleich wieder schlafen gehen würde! 2 Sterne weil die Dame beim Blutabnehmen sehr nett war This lab is very, very shabby ? it's unbelievable how dirty it looks. Untidy and a real mess. The furniture is worn out and everything looks like it did in the 1960s Terrible ? The lady at the reception is wearing things as if she was going to sleep again! 2 stars because the lady was very nice when taking the blood sample
J	Jacky “Jacky” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KATASTROPHE!!!! Mein Mann befindet sich mitten in der Chemotherapie, da sind Blutbefunde lebensnotwendig!!!! Die Dame am Schalter ist der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig, man muss ständig alles lange erklären, wenn man mit der Zuweisung vom KH kommt,und dann funktioniert trotzdem nichts!!! Wir vermissen Dr. HULL!!!!!!!!!!!! CATASTROPHE!!!! My husband is in the middle of chemotherapy, so blood tests are vital!!!! The lady at the counter doesn't speak German, you always have to explain everything at length when you come with the assignment from the KH, and then nothing works! we miss dr HULL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Und da rede ich von der Dame am Empfang. Abgesehen davon ist alles sehr lieblos geworden, seit unser lieber Arzt nicht mehr da ist. It is irresponsible and unreasonable to employ a person in the medical field who hardly speaks German. And I'm talking about the lady at reception. Apart from that everything has become very loveless since our dear doctor is no longer there.

Heute da, Wartezeit über eine Stunde, Ärztin geht spazieren und schreibt Zeitbestätigungen. Gott sei Dank ist ein anderer Arzt gekommen. It's really cheeky, I've had my blood drawn there for 20 years and it's always been fine. There today, waiting time over an hour, doctor goes for a walk and writes time confirmations. Thank God another doctor came.

Ich sprach eine Mitarbeiterin darauf an, Sie meinte was soll sie jetzt machen. The employee at the counter was very annoyed. It's not my fault. Waiting room is very neglected.
