★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werde bestimmt nie wieder hingehen!! So unkompetente Mitarbeiter, die keine Ahnung haben wie das Blondieren funktioniert! Habe 6 Stunden dort verbracht und das nur für komplett abgebrochene Haare. War das Ergebnis von 4 Mitarbeitern + Chefin. Billiges Zeug wird verwendet und nichts wird gutgemacht. Wenn ihr euch was Gutes antuen wollt, dann geht lieber nicht hin Freunde!! Ansatz blondieren und färben sollte nicht so aussehen!
Will definitely never go back!! Such incompetent employees who have no idea how bleaching works! Spent 6 hours there and only for completely broken hair. Was the result of 4 employees + boss. Cheap stuff is used and nothing is made good. If you want to do something good for yourself, then don't go friends!! Bleaching and dyeing roots shouldn't look like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Haare meiner Tochter sehen schrecklich aus. Nie wieder!!! Ich werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten und sie klagen. Ein sehr schlechter Service! Sehr schlechte Mitarbeiter! Sehr schlechte Produkte.
My daughter's hair looks awful. Never again!!! I will take legal action and sue them. A very bad service! Very bad employees! Very bad products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine Unverschämtheit habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben nicht gesehen.Die hälfte meiner Haare sind abgebrochen.Ich kann diesen Laden niemanden empfehlen.Sie haben meine Haare schief geschnitten und falsch blondiert.Wenn ihr eure Haare behalten wollt geht niemals dort hin.Sie denken wenn man nichts bezahlt, dass alles geregelt wird. Nun bin ich da und habe die Hälfte meiner Haare verloren!!!!! Einfach nur schrecklich.
I've never seen such rudeness in my life.Half my hair broke off.I don't recommend this shop to anyone.They cut my hair crooked and bleached it wrong.If you want to keep your hair,never go there.They think if you don't pay anything, everything is taken care of. Now I'm here and I've lost half my hair!!!!! Just terrible.
