Der Service ist super selbst der umtausch ging super schnell und ohne Probleme. Ich liebe diesen Ring.? I ordered one of these rings and I have to say they are wonderful. Haben dies per Mail mitgeteilt und sollten den Ring dann auf eigene Kosten nach Österreich zur Reparatur senden. Das habe ich getan und das Paket nach ca. 3 Wochen zurück erhalten! Ohne Reparatur! L'AMOTION war nicht anzutreffen und hat das Paket innerhalb einer Woche nicht in der Filiale abgeholt. Das war dann der erste und letzte Kauf! I recently received a ring from L'amotion that I wished for. After wearing it 5 times, 3 stones were already gone. Have communicated this by email and should then send the ring to Austria for repair at their own expense. I did that and received the package back after about 3 weeks! Without repairs! L'AMOTION was not to be found and did not pick up the package at the branch within a week. That was the first and last purchase!

Da die Größe jedoch nicht gepasst hat, musste ich mich mehrmals an den Kundenservice wenden, welcher wirklich super ist! Kulanz, Schnelligkeit und Freundlichkeit wird hier großgeschrieben. Etwas ärgerlich nur, dass man den Versand für die Bestellungen und Rücksendungen selbst trägt. The rings look great and look very high quality. However, since the size did not fit, I had to contact customer service several times, which is really great! Goodwill, speed and friendliness are very important here. It is just a little annoying that you are responsible for shipping the orders and returns.
A	Amanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe da einen Message Ring bestellt der leider zu klein war. Habe ihn am 18.12. zurück geschickt und er kam heute (30.12.) erst an wäre ein Weihnachtsgeschenk gewesen... Zu allem Übel musste ich das Porto selbst zahlen. Heute kam der Ring an und siehe da, er lässt sich nicht aufdrehen!!! Also kann ich ihn gleich wieder auf eigene Kosten zurück senden und wieder 2-3 Wochen warten! Die Anfrage wo der Ring bleibt wurde erst nach der 3. Email beantwortet. Der neue Lieferschein der im Paket war wurde am 29.12. gedruckt was für mich heißt das sie das alles dann erst bearbeitet haben! Telefonisch ist die Firma nicht zu erreichen ! Also Finger besser weg! I ordered a message ring that was unfortunately too small. Got it on December 18. sent back and it arrived today (December 30th) would have been a Christmas present ... To make matters worse, I had to pay the postage myself. Today the ring arrived and lo and behold, it cannot be untwisted !!! So I can send it back at my own expense and wait another 2-3 weeks! The request where the ring stays was only answered after the third email. The new delivery note that was in the package was on December 29th. printed what means for me that they have only then processed everything! The company cannot be reached by phone! So better hands off!

Er war mir leider zu groß beim ersten Bestellen, doch der Umtausch war ganz unkompliziert und die Handhabung sehr professionell. Ich werde ihn nicht mehr hergeben. Beautiful ring, great workmanship and the most beautiful are the fine details. Die Ketten sind schön und hochwertig verarbeitet und wurden liebevoll verpackt - optimal auch zum Verschenken. Den Preis für den Designer-Schmuck finde ich absolut angemessen! Bezüglich Kundenservice kann ich keine Auskunft geben, da mein Schmuck optimal gepasst hat und ich deshalb keinen Bedarf hatte. Würde jederzeit wieder bestellen! I ordered two necklaces from L'Amotion and I am super satisfied with them. The chains are beautiful and of high quality and have been lovingly packaged - also ideal for giving away. I think the price for the designer jewelry is absolutely reasonable! Regarding customer service, I cannot provide any information, because my jewelry fit perfectly and I therefore had no need. Would order again anytime!

Es gab keinerlei Probleme beim Umtausch, im Gegenteil, wurde sehr nett beraten bzgl der Größe. Er kam pünktlich an, damit er seine weitere Reise antreten konnte. Meine Emails wurden zügig beantwortet der Kontakt war persönlich und sehr nett. Die Qualität des rings ist der Hammer! Auf jeden Fall eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
