Einfache Bestellung über den Webshop, gute Auswahl der Zahlungsart ( u.a. Paypal), blitzschneller Versand und top verpackt. Der Anhänger entspricht exakt der Abbildung im Internet zudem war ich sehr positiv überrascht dass zu dem bestellen Anhänger noch ein Seidenbändchen beigelegt wurde. Das nenne ich Kundenservice! Von mir gibt es eine 1+ !
I recently ordered a "Tree of Life" chain pendant online (shipping to Germany) and I can only report good things! Easy to order via the webshop, a good selection of payment methods (including PayPal), lightning-fast shipping and great packaging. The trailer corresponds exactly to the image on the Internet and I was very pleasantly surprised that a silk ribbon was included with the trailer I ordered. That's what I call customer service! I got a 1+!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Sonderanfertigung machen lassen und bin äußerst zufrieden damit. Auf Wünsche wird bestens eingegangen, die Umsetzung entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen! Und die zwei Schmiedinnen sind super lieb ? sehr empfehlenswert für Unikate und an den Ausstellungsstücken kommt man kaum vorbei, ohne sich diese auf die Wunschliste zu setzen!
I had a custom-made product and I am extremely satisfied with it. Wishes are met in the best possible way, the implementation corresponded exactly to my ideas! And the two blacksmiths are super nice ? highly recommended for unique items and you can hardly get past the exhibits without adding them to your wish list!
