★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mit Firma Biedermann nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht: bereits mehrfach hatte ich - wie viele - auch spontane Probleme im Badezimmer und co. und immer wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden, mit der ich sehr glücklich war! Sowohl das freundliche Personal als auch die offensichtliche Kompetenz lassen mich somit sehr zufrieden sein, sodass ich Firma Biedermann nur weiterempfehlen kann! Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes 1a ;)
 I have had very good experiences with company Biedermann: already several times I had - like many - also spontaneous problems in the bathroom and co. and always a solution was quickly found, with which I was very happy! Both the friendly staff and the obvious competence let me be very satisfied, so I can only recommend company Biedermann! In the truest sense of the word 1a;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was gibt es zu der Fa. Biedermann zu sagen? Ich bin froh das es so ein Unternehmen in Kalsdorf gibt. Egal ob es ein Einsatz bzgl. Gastherme ist oder auch im Badezimmer etwas gerichtet werden muss. Die Fa. Biedermann kann helfen :-). Und das schnell, kompetent und freundlich. Bei uns kommt keine andere Firma ins Haus, das nächste „Projekt“ wartet schon :-).
What is there to say about the Biedermann company? I am glad that there is such a company in Kalsdorf. Regardless of whether it is used for a gas boiler or something needs to be addressed in the bathroom. The Biedermann company can help :-). And that quickly, competently and in a friendly manner. No other company comes into our house, the next "project" is already waiting :-).

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal die Fa. Biedermann beauftragt, da der erste Auftrag kompetent und rasch umgesetzt wurde.
Leider gab es bei diesem Auftrag aufgrund des zu uns gesandten jungen Mitarbeiters einigen Ärger und auch wurden Arbeiten teils nicht zufriedenstellend erledigt.
Für meine Bedenken nahm sich Herr Biedermann jedoch zeitnah und gerne Zeit zu einem gemeinsamen Gespräch. Dieser nahm das Feedback dankend und kritisch auf und fand sofort von sich aus eine kundenfreundliche und zufriedenstellende Lösung für uns. Auch wurden natürlich die noch offenen Mängel im Zuge dieser Lösung behoben.
Fehler dürfen auch mal passieren, wir sind alles Menschen. Wichtig ist im Problemfall eine Lösung zu finden und für Feedback offen zu sein. Der Wunsch seitens Fa. Biedermann guten Service und gute Qualität zu bieten ist für uns offenkundig.
Recommendation despite problems
This is the second time we have commissioned the Biedermann company because the first order was implemented competently and quickly.
Unfortunately, there was some trouble with this job because of the young employee sent to us and some of the work was not done satisfactorily.
However, in response to my concerns, Mr. Biedermann was happy to take the time to talk to us as soon as possible. He was grateful and critical of the feedback and immediately found a customer-friendly and satisfactory solution for us. Of course, the remaining deficiencies were also resolved in the course of this solution.
Mistakes can happen, we are all human. In the event of a problem, it is important to find a solution and to be open to feedback. The desire on the part of the Biedermann company to offer good service and good quality is obvious to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma Biedermann hat unser in die Jahre gekommenes Gas-Brennwertgerät gegen eine neue Viessmann Therme getauscht. Zwei Fachmänner haben diese doch recht aufwändige Aufgabe innerhalb weniger Stunden professionell erledigt, obwohl der Tausch des Abgaskamins eine echte Herausforderung war.
Die Arbeiten wurden sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Dass die Herren pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin erschienen sind, möchte ich besonders positiv erwähnen!
Die Kosten für das Gesamtprojekt entsprachen dem Angebot.

The Biedermann company has exchanged our aging gas condensing boiler for a new Viessmann thermal bath. Two specialists completed this rather laborious task professionally within a few hours, although the exchange of the exhaust chimney was a real challenge.
The work was carried out cleanly and to our complete satisfaction. I would like to particularly positively mention that the gentlemen showed up on the agreed date!
The costs for the entire project corresponded to the offer.
