Herr Pointner beantwortete Mails meist nur nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und dem Setzen von Fristen, die er nicht einhielt. Die Bearbeitung des Auftrages dauerte über ein halbes Jahr. Dabei machte er Fehler bei sowohl dem Geburtstag als auch dem Sterbetag des Verstorbenen. Herr Pointner stellte die Grabtafel mit falschen Sterbejahr auf dem Grab auf. Scheinbar kontrolliert er seine Arbeiten nicht, sonst wäre ihm wohl aufgefallen, dass sich der Sterbetag laut seiner Grabtafel in der Zukunft befand. Sehr respektlos gegenüber den Angehörigen des Verstorbenen. Disappointingly unprofessional editing of my simple job of engraving a grave board. He made mistakes in both the birthday and the day of death of the deceased. Mr. Pointner set up the grave board on the grave with false death year.
