Sie wurde ignoriert. Bei dem Preis nicht in Ordnung. I ordered a cake topper, it's delicate and, despite careful use, soon breaks. I gave this feedback to the machery. She was ignored. Not okay at the price.

Einziges Manko ist der Zusteller - erfolgte leider nicht über die Post. I ordered there, everything arrived quickly and was packed very lovingly. Even the personalized gift is great. The only drawback is the deliverer - was unfortunately not the post.

Habe mir eine wundervolle Fahrradklingel in Donut-Optik bestellt, die allerdings nach ein paar Monaten in der Sonne sehr ausgeblichen ist. Auf mein Email (in dem ich das Team eigentlich nur darauf hinweisen wollte, damit sie eventuell mit dem Hersteller in Kontakt treten) hat die Macherei sofort reagiert und mir großzügigerweise eine neue Klingel zugeschickt. Kundenorientiert, entgegenkommend, ordentlich und aufmerksam - und sehr empfehlenswert! The way they do it is sweet as sugar - both with the products they have on offer and how they deal with customers. I ordered a wonderful donut-look bicycle bell, which, however, is very faded after a few months in the sun. On my email (in which I actually just wanted to point this out to the team so that they might get in touch with the manufacturer), the machery responded immediately and generously sent me a new bell. Customer-oriented, accommodating, tidy and attentive - and highly recommended!
