Auch bei der Händlersuche wird einen sehr gut geholfen da die umliegenden Händler der Region aufliegen. A large showroom with a lot of illustrative material and really competent advisors. There is also very good help when looking for a dealer, as the surrounding dealers in the region are available.

Showroom very nice! The lady at the reception very rude !! Do not understand why she takes the work away from others who would like to work. The best thing would have been for us if we had left immediately. So no customer is disgraced !! And why is she not wearing a mask !! Hello Covid 19 !!
M	Michael Holzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17 Türen von Kunex bestellt, bei 2 war die Zarge fehlerhaft. Einige Drücker bei den Türen waren defekt konnten nicht montiert werden. Lt. Kunex wurde die Reklamation jedoch abgelehnt, weil dieses so genannte Wurmloch ja da sein muss.(war aber nicht vorhanden) Der zuständige Einkäufer hat die fehlerhafte Ware nicht einmal begutachtet und gleich abgelehnt. Der Händler bei dem die Türen gekauft wurden hat sich dann bemüht und ist mit den fehlerhaften Drücker hin gefahren, damit sich die Reklamationsabteilung damit befassen kann. Leider ein langes und unnötiges hin und her und der Service mehr als fragwürdig. Der zuständige Einkäufer der Drücker sollte sich einen neuen Job suchen auf Grund von Inkompetenz. Update 28.10.2019 Habe noch immer keine neuen Drücker bekommen. von Kunex hat sich auch noch niemand gemeldet, zwecks Austausch. Die Zarge wurde reklamiert und auch ausgetauscht. (soviel zu dem Thema es liegt keine Reklamation vor.), dadurch hatten wir auch wieder überall den Dreck... 17 doors ordered from Kunex, at 2 the frame was faulty. Some pushers on the doors were broken could not be mounted. Lt. Kunex was rejected the complaint, however, because this so-called wormhole must be there (but was not available) The responsible buyer has not even considered the defective goods and immediately rejected. The dealer in which the doors were purchased then tried hard and drove with the faulty pushers, so that the complaints department can deal with it. Unfortunately a long and unnecessary back and forth and the service more than questionable. The responsible buyer of the pushers should look for a new job due to incompetence. Update 28.10.2019 Still have not got any new pushers. Nobody has contacted Kunex either to exchange. The frame was reclaimed and also replaced. (so much on the subject there is no complaint), so we had the dirt everywhere again ...

Gratis Holzmuster zur Mitnahme und der aktuelle Katalog sowieso. Great advice and really many doors to view. It is also great that there is a play area for the children. Free wood pattern to take along and the current catalog anyway.
R	Roland Seibert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Schauraum ist richtig groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch dass man ohne Termin eine Beratung bekommt ist toll. Aber bei der Beratung waren wir etwas überfordert. Die Begriffe bündig, verdeckt, Klebekante, Inlays, linsen, Studio, flächig etc wurden von uns nicht verstanden und erst auf Nachfrage kurz und knapp etwas erklärt. Schade, da ja auch vieles im Schauraum uns wahrscheinlich direkt gezeigt hätte werden können. The showroom is really big and very well equipped. The fact that you can get advice without an appointment is also great. But we were a little overwhelmed with the advice. The terms flush, concealed, adhesive edge, inlays, lenses, studio, flat, etc. were not understood by us and only explained briefly on request. It's a shame, since a lot in the showroom could probably have been shown to us directly.

Nochdazu schiebt natürlich KUNEX alle Schuld von sich, weil das natürlich beim montieren/liefern passiert ist (sagte der "Vertreter")!! Solch ein unkompetentes Verhalten einer Firma habe ich noch nie erlebt!! Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung! Kauft lieber Produkte die vom Nachbarland kommen, die sind günstiger und weisen wenigstens Qualität auf! Wir dachten wir kaufen Türen (10.000€) MIT Qualität, bekommen haben wir nur Sch*e -->> NIE NIE NIE Wieder!!! These are not doors that is a condition !!! From 13 doors 7 damaged, great statistics! Of course pushes KUNEX of all guilt, because of course the assembly / deliver happened (said the "representative")! I have never experienced such an incompetent behavior of a company !! Absolutely no recommendation! Better buy products that come from the neighboring country, they are cheaper and at least have quality! We thought we would buy doors (10.000 €) WITH QUALITY, WE HAVE GOT only * - NEVER NEVER NEVER !!!
