R	Ralph Illner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Anruf bei der Firma bzgl. Nachersatz einer Flügeldichtung (Nach 12 Jahren !!) genügt um eine Dichtung kostenfrei geliefert zu bekommen. Der Kundenservice wird hier wirklich noch gelebt. Großes Lob. Da wird nicht groß rum diskutiert, hier wird geholfen. Sogar ein Ansprechpartner für den Einbau (in diesem Fall nicht notwendig) wird informiert, der auch prompt Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen hat. Alles in Allem bin ich auch mit meinen Fenstern und Türen der Fa. Katzbeck überaus zufrieden. Weiter so!!!! A call to the company regarding replacement of a wing seal (after 12 years !!) is sufficient to have a seal delivered free of charge. Customer service is really still alive here. Great praise. There is no big discussion, here is help. Even a contact person for the installation (not necessary in this case) will be informed, who also promptly contacted me. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my Katzbeck windows and doors. Keep it up!!!!
