O	Otmar Reisinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viele Pakete verschwinden und tauchen nicht mehr auf. Wo ist die Dienstaufsicht ist doch ein Österr. Unternehmen oder nicht. Dienstaufsicht müsste für die verlorene Ware finanziell aufkommen. Schlafen die Verantwortlichen??? Sauhaufen nennt sich das. Aber Hauptsache man muss für AllesPost bezahlen und es bessert sich nichts. Mein Zusteller ist in Ordnung aber der kann nichts zustellen wenn Pakete unterschlagen werden. Zuletzt hat ein Hr. Nimervoll übernommen und das Paket ist verschwunden, Was ist dieser Hr. Nimervoll, eine unnötige Person die Pakete nicht übergibt. Behält er diese am Ende selbst. Den müsste man sofort entlassen!!! Many packages disappear and no longer appear. Where is the service supervisor is an Austrian. Company or not. Service supervision would have to pay for the lost goods financially. Wir werden im neuen Jahr auf einen zuverlässigen Paketdienst umstellen. So nicht Liebe Post! In case someone is looking for the Christmas mail ... There is a lot in Allhamming that we gave up 2 - 3 weeks ago. We will switch to a reliable parcel service in the new year. So not love mail!
N	N. A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht einmal einen Stern Wert, seit 12.12.21 steht unser Weihnachtsgeschenk "das vor 1 Monat bestellt wurde" von unserem 11 jährigen Sohn im Versandlager in Allhaming. Mehrere Anrufe auf der Post und im Versandlager ergab nur sie wüssten nicht wo es sei. Sendungsverfolgung "kein Lieferdatum bekannt".. Wohl bemerkt handelt es sich hierbei um ein großes Paket "Fahrrad" also so schnell sollte das nicht unter gehen eigentlich. Früher hatte man geschimpft über DPD, Hermes usw. heutzutage ist die Österreichische Post noch minderwertiger als alle anderen Versandanbieter. Das schlimmste daran sind die schnipischen Antworten was man immer erhält vom Kundenservice, auf meine Frage nach einem Vorgesetzten war funkstille. Da man ja immer i-wo welche Leute kennt, kam mir zu Ohren das die ganzen Pakete in einen Container gepackt wurden und sie nun selber nicht mehr wisse wo welche Pakete sind. Was soll das? Also ich persönlich werde nie wieder etwas mit der Post schicken, ich bleibe Hermes treu die sind Top. Guter Tipp an die Post macht weiter so wenn ihr alle eure Kunden verlieren wollt ? Not even worth a star, since 12.12.21 our Christmas present "that was ordered 1 month ago" from our 11 year old son has been in the shipping warehouse in Allhaming. Several calls to the post office and in the dispatch warehouse only revealed that they did not know where it was. Shipment tracking "no delivery date known" .. It should be noted that this is a large "bicycle" package, so it shouldn't go under that quickly. In the past, people complained about DPD, Hermes, etc. nowadays the Austrian Post is even inferior to all other shipping providers. The worst thing about it are the snappy answers you always get from customer service, when I asked about a manager, it was silent. So personally, I'll never send anything in the mail again, I'll stay loyal to Hermes, they are top. Good tip to the post office keep up the good work if you all want to lose your customers ?

Gab nur immer Probleme, Paketbeförderung in Schneckentempo, meisten liegen die Sachen in irgend welchen Verteilerzentren Tage öfters auch Wochen rum. Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Kaufe viel Online, schaue daher jetzt auch immer wieder bei den Shops nach mit welchen Versandunternehmen versandt wird. Scheint dort Hermes auf wird bei diesen Shop auch nicht gekauft, weil Probleme "vorprogrammiert". In the meantime, give this delivery person a wide berth. There were always problems, package delivery at a snail's pace, most of the things are lying around in some distribution center for days, often weeks. Customer service not available. I buy a lot online, so I keep checking the shops to see which shipping company is used. If Hermes appears there, you won't buy it from this shop either, because problems are "pre-programmed".
