★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short and overcrowded tour in the City center of Saltzburg. This was Made in 2 languages just in order to collect as much money as possible. The guide was bored and did not put any effort in the visit. The quality and the content of the explication was poor and approximative. Definitely not recommended for any reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour booked 2 weeks in advance with written confirmation. Tour was cancelled by the agency without notification. Waited 15 min on the day of the tour without seeing anyone, and 3 days to receive a response to my email. It's difficult times for everyone due to coronavirus. As the only customer booked on the tour, I fully respect Mrs. Schneeweiss to have the tour cancelled. However the way it has been handled before and afterwards no doubt leaves room for improvement.
