★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a micronation residence, found by Edwin Lipburger. This artist was arguing with the local authorities to get the permission to build the ball-shaped buildings. Unfortunately, he got a rejection. So, he proclaimed the new republic, Kugelmugel, and refused to pay taxes. For this, he was arrested and sentenced to 10 weeks of jail. Now, his building is moved to the Prater park and enclosed by eight-foot-tall barbed-wire fences.
