Window sills came with damaged edges. Processing quality sloppy ... any complaint was rejected by the company .. can only advise against these windowsills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Angebot wurde ich hingehalten trotz Zusage, dass sie den Auftrag übernhemen. Kundenberater war telefonisch nicht mehr erreichbar (egal zu welcher Tageszeit), über Umwege durch Sekretärin erfahren, dass sie den Auftrag doch nicht machen, in der Woche in der sie starten sollten.
Vergeudete Zeit in einer wichtigen Phase des Projektes - wäre besser gewesen er hätte von Anfang an abgesagt.
Diese Methode ist nicht nur unfreundlich sondern fies.
After the offer I was put on hold despite the promise that they would take over the job. Customer advisor could no longer be reached by phone (no matter what time of day), learned through detours through a secretary that they would not do the job in the week in which they were supposed to start.
Time wasted in an important phase of the project - it would have been better to have canceled from the start.
This method is not only unfriendly but nasty.
