★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird ganz groß mit einer kostenfreien Rechtsberatung geworben - man bekommt aber nur EINE kostenfreie Beratung im Monat - nur mit Termin und dann in einem Standort vor Ort - als ich bekomme eine Rechtsberatung - nicht wann ich Sie brauche sondern wann ich irgendwann einen Termin bekommen und dann zu Zeiten von Corona auch nur bei einem persönlichen Termin - absolut unverständlich !
 Free legal advice is widely advertised - but you only get ONE free advice a month - only with an appointment and then in a local location - when I get legal advice - not when I need it, but when I can get an appointment at some point and then in the times of Corona only with a personal appointment - absolutely incomprehensible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive Kritik ??, meine Selbstauskunft Link war leider Abgelaufen. (Ich hab die 14 Tage Link Gültigkeit übersehen).
Ich habe am Nächsten Tag umgehend eine Neue bekommen. Auch die Dame am Telefon war Nett & nahm sich Zeit um mein Anliegen.
Kundenservice 1A. Schnelligkeit Respekt. (Normalerweise Dauert sowas 10 Tage).
Positive criticism ??, unfortunately my self-assessment link had expired. (I overlooked the 14 day link validity).
I received a new one the very next day. The lady on the phone was nice and took the time to address my concerns.
Customer service 1A. speed respect. (Usually it takes 10 days).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. I ordered an option for 30€ to have document I need within 10 days. I got document only half month (15 work days/20 calendar days) later... Quite not sure for what exactly I paid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to believe that the company has been there for 148 years - one would hope they would improve services and operations through time but my experience proves the absolute opposite. Simply impossible to get hold of them, no responses via email and whenever I call, they ask me to write one. Because of their website problems I ended up paying twice for the InfoPass and still waiting. It's been almost a month now. Outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered "InfoPass für Behörden" and it took less than 24 hours to receive it. Website is user-friendly, so you're able understand how the proceeding works. Maybe I would give 4,5 instead of 5 if there was an option to choose, because i think pricing could be better or at least pricing option for students. Overall I am happy with the service that I have received.
