Jemand aus dem KSV backoffice hat mir gesagt dass das Brief schon geschickt wurde, und das ist eine reine Lüge weil seit 2 Wochen kein Brief gekommen ist.Was soll das?Österreichische Ämter sind eine Katastrophe, man soll dorthin nur mit dem Anwalt gehen.Das werde ich tun. I do not know what to do. The emails go unanswered and you never get through. I've been waiting for 3 months on a piece of paper. Someone from the KSV backoffice has told me that the letter has already been sent, and that is a lie, because no letter has come for 2 weeks. What is this? Austrian offices are a disaster, you should go there only with the lawyer I will do.
M	Manuel Unterhumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Absolute Frechheit, am Telefon wird man auf eine Email verwiesen die doch angeblich eines Schreibens zu entnehmen sein solle. Was leider nicht der Fall ist ! Danach wird man nach wieder Anrufen zwei mal einfach aus der Leitung geschmissen. Nachdem endlich mal wieder jemand Abhebt muss man den Mitarbeitern drei mal sagen was man den braucht und nach einem netten "Vielen Dank, Auf wiederhören" bekommt man nicht mal eine Antwort und es wird sogar vergessen aufzulegen und dann noch getuschelt und gelästert! Seriös sieht anders aus !! An absolute cheek, on the phone you are referred to an email that is supposed to be in a letter. Which is unfortunately not the case! Then you get thrown from the line twice after calling again. After someone finally takes off again you have to tell the staff three times what you need and after a nice "Thank you, goodbye" you don't even get an answer and they even forget to hang up and then whisper and blaspheme! Serious looks different!

Wenn man diese benützt, kommt es als "Mail delivery failed" retour. Leute lasst Euch von einem Inkassobüro nicht nötigen. Nur ein Gericht hat die nötige Gewalt....... Somebody has to be so cheeky: E-mail addresses are given to complaints (see owner's answer). If you use this, it will be returned as "Mail delivery failed". Folks, don't let a debt collection agency force you. Only a court has the necessary power .......

Ich werde nen Anwalt einschalten das kanns nicht sein!! Biggest kidding this club! I called a month ago and was informed of an e-mail where I have not yet received an answer. I'll call on a lawyer that can't be !!

I	I.Y. Nugraha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for an InfoPass, and they promised to give it in 10 days max. Three weeks had passed without any news, so I complained via e-mail. They only started sending the InfoPass after I complained! Otherwise the delivery would have been delayed for a much longer time. They promised that it will arrive next week, and if this is true, it would take more than a month to get an InfoPass. This is completely unprofessional; if they can't send it in 10 days, don't say that they will send it in 10 days max. Especially if the applicants need this InfoPass urgently like me. And they dare to charge 30 euro for all this delay?
