Würde es -Sterne geben, hier wären sie richtig!!! Heute kamen meine Frau und ich zum Burger King Wals um zu frühstücken, nachdem wir mit ach und krach die Bestellung aufgegeben hatten (man sollte schon gut deutsch können um die Kunden zu bedienen) warteten wir, und warteten, und warteten, inzwischen wurde der Kaffee kalt (obwohl zwei bestellt nur einer gekommen) bei den Ham and Eggs scheiterte das Personal dann kläglich, sie konnten sich nicht einmal untereinander verständigen, liefen herum wie aufgeschreckte Hühner und keiner wusste was eigentlich passiert und warum nach geschlagenen 20 Minuten noch immer nicht auf dem Tablet war, ausser EIN Kaffee und ein Orange Juices es war nur eine Portion fertig (nach 20 Minuten) die Zweite wurde vergessen bei den eizigen Gästen im Lokal (das waren wir!!!) (dies passierte wohlgemerkt am Thresen) man bat uns Platz zu nehmen, es würde nachgereicht, wir verlangten unser Geld zurück (wenigstens das klappte ohne Verständigungsschwierigkeiten) und verließen den King, der eher ein Bettler ist, einmal und nie mehr wieder. Wir kommen beide aus der Gastronomie, uns ist klar dass man in einem Burger King kein hochkarätiges Personal erwarten darf, aber diese Leute hätte ich bei mir alle gefeuert, schlimm, wirklich nur schlimm. Ein anderes Paar das kurz nach uns kam und ebenfalls wartete, denn jetzt war das Chaos perfekt tat es uns gleich und gingen ebenfalls. So braucht man sich nicht zu wundern, dass das Lokal gähnend leer war( dies hätte uns eigentlich warnen sollen) EINMAL und NIE wieder !!!!!

If there were stars, they would be right here !!! Today my wife and I came to the Burger King Wals to have breakfast after we had placed the order with oh and nois (one should be able to speak German well to serve the customers) we waited and waited and waited the coffee was getting cold (although two ordered only one came) at the Ham and Eggs the staff failed miserably, they could not even communicate with each other, ran around like startled chickens and nobody knew what actually happened and why after 20 minutes they were still not on the tablet, except ONE coffee and one orange juice only one portion was ready (after 20 minutes) the second one was forgotten by the only guests in the restaurant (we were !!!) (this happened at the counter, mind you) we were asked to take a seat, it would be given later, we asked for our money back (at least that worked without communication difficulties) and left the king, who is more of a beggar, once and never again. We both come from gastronomy, we know that you can't expect top-class staff in a Burger King, but I would have fired all of these people with me, bad, really just bad. Another couple that came shortly after us and also waited, because now the chaos was perfect, we did the same and left too. So you shouldn't be surprised that the restaurant was yawning empty (this should have warned us) Once and never again !!!!!
