★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the drive you wait for ages to get the food. Had three times the opportunity to experience this. Otherwise the hamburgers are not warm and the french fries look like from yesterday. Avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took them 20 minutes to assemble our (pretty much standard) order even though fries were ready and our burgers were just sitting there in the food warmer while the place wasn't even crowded at all. Personnel seemed hopelessly overwhelmed, (by what? nobody knows;) and the manager seemed completely unfazed by all of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not visit! The venue has closed door when we arrive at 18:35. As we later found out it was because they were running late with orders. Slow service - the staff were walking around, even though the burgers were prepared and no serving costumers. Mess all around the place, no comment towards the condition of WC. The food we got compared to other BK was disaster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst BK, and the rudest staff. They have nothing: no mayo, no water, no coke, nothing and they let you know after you buy and refuse to give you back the money. Chose another BK and avoid this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Burger King ever. The staff couldn't understand my order because he didn't speak German good enough. I haven't received a receipt so I did not know my order number. It took them very long to prepare my order and then the food was not warm anymore. And they haven't even been in stress. There were only a few orders. The toilets are way too disgusting. This Burger King is pure chaos, do yourself a favor and go to another one.
