★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine katastrophale Erfahrung mit diesem Geschäft gemacht. Wollte ein Ersatzteil kaufen, hatte vorher im Internet recherchiert. Die Firma wurde mir als Vertriebspartner angezeigt. Habe allerdings bei meiner Recherche offensichtlich einen extrem günstigen Preis für das Produkt gefunden, was ich aber als Laie nicht wissen konnte. Nachdem die Fa. Kronlachner kein Produkt zu einem annähernd ähnlichen Preis anbieten konnte, was ich auch verstehe, musste ich das Geschäft ohne Kauf verlassen. Wollte mich aber noch vergewissern, ob ich, wegen des extremen Preisunterschiedes auch wirklich das passende Teil gefunden habe. Daraufhin bekam ich von einem mürrischen, offensichtlich frustrierten Verkäufer zur Antwort, dass ich mir diese Frage sparen kann, weil er nicht gewillt ist, mich zu beraten, wenn ich nichts bei ihm kaufe. Er muss ja schließlich Miete für das Geschäftslokal zahlen...Wohl fehl am Platz, dieser Mann. Falschen Beruf gewählt, würde ich sagen.... Schade, wenn Dienstleistung so missverstanden wird. Ich werde dort jedenfalls sicher nichts mehr kaufen.
 Have had a disastrous experience with this business. Wanted to buy a spare part, had previously researched the Internet. The company was shown to me as a sales partner. However, during my research I obviously found an extremely low price for the product, but as a layperson I couldn't know it. After Kronlachner was unable to offer a product at an approximately similar price, which I also understand, I had to leave the shop without a purchase. But I wanted to make sure that I really found the right part because of the extreme price difference. I was then told by a grumpy, obviously frustrated salesperson that I can save myself this question because he is unwilling to advise me if I don't buy anything from him. After all, he has to pay rent for the business premises ... Probably out of place, this man. Wrong profession chosen, I would say .... It's a shame if service is misunderstood. I will definitely not buy anything there anymore.

Super competent telephone advice, parts can be picked up immediately and then even cheaper than at various online dealers - the five stars are actually not enough!
