Da ich meinen Fall selbst als eher schwierig eingestuft habe (es ging um eine Wohnungsübernahme nach Trennung bzw. Refinazierung) hätte ich alleine nicht gewusst, wie ich das am besten angehen soll. Frau Wildfellner ist sehr kompetent, und hat ein sehr gutes Netzwerk. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert, und für mich die besten Angebote rausgeholt. Alle Termine wurden sehr gut koordiniert und ich musste lediglich die Unterschriften leisten. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Allerdings ist Klaus Huttary (und sein Team) kein Finanzberater, sondern ein Branchen Fuchs, der sehr gute Kontakte hat und immer im Sinne des Kunden handelt. Kostet am Anfang vielleicht einen ticken mehr, aber langfristig spart man sich richtig Geld (Zinseszins Effekt). Ich selbst habe eine sehr detaillierte Finanzplanung gemacht und mit viel Arbeit schon Recht gute Ergebnisse bei den Banken erzielt, allerdings war Klaus dann nochmals diesen ticken besser! Bin froh das ich mich von meiner anfänglichen Skepsis gelöst habe und es bringt uns aktuell noch mehr als gedacht (Kunde von 2018... und ja, ich bin noch immer zufrieden ?). Alles in allem... Sehr empfehlenswert! At first I was skeptical, because there are financial advisors "like sand by the sea". However, Klaus Huttary (and his team) is not a financial advisor, but an industry fox who has very good contacts and always acts in the interests of the customer. It may cost a tick more at the beginning, but in the long run you save a lot of money (compound interest effect). I myself made a very detailed financial plan and, with a lot of work, achieved quite good results with the banks, but Klaus was then again that tick better! I'm glad that I got rid of my initial skepticism and it's currently bringing us even more than we thought (customer from 2018... and yes, I'm still satisfied ?). All in all highly recommended!
