★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetente Beratung bis dato bekommen egal um welches Anliegen es sich handelte. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr bemüht mir alle nötigen Informationen zu besorgen und zu erklären.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe 4mal angerufen, 3 gaben mir jeweils andere Auskünfte ???? Der Herr war sehr genervt und nicht gerade freundlich. Mann sollte mit kranken Menschen freundlicher umgehen. Tja habe mir jetzt woanders Hilfe gesucht. ? Traurig. Fazit-Im Internet erfährt man mehr,wenn man sich über die Rechte eines Konsumenten schlau macht. Mfg.
I called 4 times, 3 gave me different information ???? The gentleman was very annoyed and not exactly friendly. You should be kinder to sick people. Well, I've been looking for help elsewhere. ? Sad. Conclusion-You can find out more on the Internet by researching the rights of a consumer. Kind regards.
