★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma König ist einfach nicht in der Lage dazu sich nach über 3 Wochen sich beim Kunden telefonisch zu melden wegen eines Thermostat für das Whirlpool. Traurig aber wahr wenn man als Kunde nicht mehr ernst genommen wird...daher null Punkte
The König company is simply not able to call the customer after more than 3 weeks about a thermostat for the whirlpool. Sad but true if you are no longer taken seriously as a customer ... therefore zero points

Nach einem guten Beratungsgespräch von einem kompetenten Mitarbeiter, der mich durch sein Fachwissen überzeugte, vergab ich den Arbeitsauftrag an die Firma König. Der Einbau des Pufferspeichers wurde von zwei jungen Mitarbeitern zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Schon mein Vater schätzte die Firma König sehr. Ich kann nur sagen: Alles bestens, daher von mir 5 Sterne und eine Weiterempfehlung!
After getting quotations from two companies, I decided on the König company. After a good consultation with a competent employee, who convinced me with his specialist knowledge, I placed the work assignment with the König company. The installation of the buffer tank was done by two young employees to my complete satisfaction. Even my father valued the König company very much. I can only say: Everything is great, therefore 5 stars from me and a recommendation!
