★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde kein Projekt mehr von diesem Bauträger erwerben. Seit Jahren kämpfen wir darum das Baumängel (trotz vorliegen von unabhängigen Gutachten) behoben werden, trotz anderslautender Versprechen ist bis heute nichts passiert und man lässt Familien im Regen stehen.
 I would no longer purchase a project from this developer. For years we have been fighting to fix construction defects (despite the availability of independent reports), despite promises to the contrary, nothing has happened to this day and families are left out in the rain.
